Lovely tall grass, is it available somewhere? Also: I do like this shot. It looks a bit like a forest, but more like a gathering of trees in a field, mainly because of the lack of the "forest brush".

Very old, but here is a screen since I'm currently not making any new screens ATM:
I recall this screen not being liked? But eh, I have always loved this shot of mine. I would of loved to complete this tileset (maybe I will do that one day!).
I miss this tileset so much. Just another one of our joint projects that failed. ![]()

I disagree. There is no such thing as forest brush in real life.

Yes and no. There is no utterly solid forest brush, but if you're ever in a proper wilderness forest, very thick bushy plants like broom and salal often border the trails and make heading off them difficult: i.e. you'd need a machete or something similar.

Nightmeres, I can definitely see what you were trying to do with that screen. But it just looks...upside down! In fact, it looks so strange and confusing that it looks surreal. Like from Alice in Wonderland. I know it's not what your intentions were, but I love it!

I get what Jared means though Alice is one of the few Disney animations I do not like and I do not understand anything about surreal stuff. I do not like the water too much, the lines clash a bit too much with the mountains, also without the "surreal feeling" the screen just looks odd.
Jared, didn't you post a screen here before inspired by a game you still have to name?

Looks really interesting. I dunno about the extremely bright water though, it looks really weird compared to everything else on the screen. Good effort though!

I really like this tileset! The sand/grass edges are really cool too. I wouldn't change a thing.

Hey, it's the end of Dark Hyrule Castle from MC! I'd recognize that screen anywhere. Maybe.
The screen looks nice, but the bright green subscreen background is kinda distracting. I'd pick a more subdued color scheme for it.

Agreed, I would go for the 2nd subscreen too. Screen looks really cool too!
