If I don't watch the generation that, for some reason I haven't quite worked out yet, got a massive fanbase, what makes you think I'm gonna watch one that no-one gives a damn about? Also, I went off PZC before you even made that post, so you were wrong in your prediction/guess.

You're banned because tons of the fans of the new series went back and watched Rescue at Midnight Castle and absolutely loved it. So you can't really say "nobody gives a damn about it". In fact, I don't know a single person who saw it and didn't thoroughly enjoy it. And a solid 90% of the people I know have seen it.

You're banned because I didn't know that. However, that does not change that I will not watch it. At least not at this point in time. Maybe if I watch and like the current generation I might watch it, but I'm not making any guarantees about anything, not even whether I'm going to give the current gen a shot. I will admit to considering it however.

You're banned because the current generation heavily lampoons Rescue at Midnight Castle, so if you DO end up watching either of them I actually recommend watching Midnight Castle first so you can potentially appreciate that elements of FiM are not actually being cliche, but are parodying how cheesy and cliche (albeit enjoyable) Rescue at Midnight Castle was. Without that context, a lot of stuff that happens in FiM may just seem like bad writing, and you won't fully appreciate that it's for comedic effect.

You're banned because I am extremely suprised you didn't start trying to force me to watch it. I even had a response ready for if you did. But anyway, chances are, if I do decide to give it a shot, I will most likely just watch the first episode of the new series, keeping in mind that it is mocking it's previous iterations of itself, (will most likely watch a couple other episdoes as well, but that's irrelevant right now) then, if I become a fan of it, I might watch the G1 pilot, then rewatch the new series's pilot, since i would then have an understanding of what it's mocking. But again, no guarantees of anything.

You're banned because if you say that there is a chance you might watch it, that to me is as good as straight up agreeing to watch it.

You're also banned because only a few moments in G1 are worth watching. Rescue at Midnight Castle was rather epic, MLP: The Movie was memorable, quotable, and just in general fun (I like Draggle. Plus, you can't stop the smooze!), The End of Flutter Valley was a bit dull but it had moments of badassery (like Honeysuckle kicking one of the villains off a crane, hijacking said crane and using it to dangle the main villain over a pit. I kid you not), The Ghost of Paradise Estate was interesting only because Squirk was a metaphor for Kim Jong Il, and as for the rest of the series the only arcs that really had any entertainment value were "Bright Lights" "The Magic Coins" and "The Return of Tambelon".

Ninja. You're banned for bringing back up the 666 topic. which reminds me that 666 isn't actually the number of the devil, it's 616. It was thought to be 666 due to a translating, well, not error, more that they thought it was 666 but then they looked over it again a while later and agreed that is was 616 instead.
