No, in fact, even as a fictional character she deserves so much more respect. Fans speculate that Rainbow Dash represents a day when being gay is as ordinary and acceptable as having blue eyes.

I'm straight, but I still eagerly await that day. Homophobia is stupid.

Dude, I was bawling (well okay not really but my face was pretty red) after reading the first one and after the second one I just sat there kind of thinking about it for a while, kind of upset. They're powerful images, and one of the main reasons why I love this fanbase.
