I wonder if you have a choice to play as the female pokemon trainer? Anyway, PKMN Trainer to me just sucks. Very Cowardly Character.

By that logic, you could get the announcer in on the fight as well. Sheesh.

I think that they may have omitted one of each of their moves just so we would have to think about our tactics when fighting; as in, relying on the moves of the other pokemon at our disposal to do those select moves. They probably have all four of their moves, but they don't want us to know that from the start.

Did I miss something about the PKMN Trainer's Pokemon evolving? 'Cause I see three different evolution stages in those screenshots...

They don't evolve. Those are just your choices of pokemon.

But who wouldn't go for Charizard?

They each have their own abilities and strengths. Squirtle is small and maneuverable and spunky. Ivysaur is fairly small, but stronger than Squirtle, and has the bulb on its back. Charizard ... ... well, you know.

So basically, the Pokemon's evolution stage reflects off of the speed/power scale, I guess. Squirtle will probably be the fastest (a turtle being the fastest? ) and weakest. Ivysaur will be balanced, and Charizard will be strong, but slow. But don't take what I say as truth. It's mainly a guess.

I gotta admit PKMN Trainer is probably the most confusing characters of all the SSB characters since Ice Climbers.

They don't show all of the character's special moves on the website (except for one special exception that showed up this week). We'll just have to find out that third move, ourselves. The Pokemon trainer looks like a fun idea. Maybe not built in the same way as the other characters, but still something to have fun with, nonetheless. I'm hoping a new character shows up, this week.

I think Pokemon trainer looks cool. The Ice Climbers were actually easy for me. They were one of my mains. They are so good. They better come back >_<
