Looks good Anthus!
Joelmacool, you should make a screen with Classic/ Instrumentality.
Actually, I'm making a quest out of the Instrumentality Tileset. You can go here to see it!
Here's a screen from that quest:

I think I've been posting way to much...
Anyway this next shot is dedicated to BigJoe! He suggested I should try and create a shot on the BS tileset, so I did!

You know, Anthus, I always like seeing re-interpretations of Zelda 1. Great screens!

Thanks, Logos.
Also, Joelmacool, you're pretty good with BS (I was gonna say: "You're pretty good at BSing"
). That broccoli looks soooo tasty.
I've been meaning to mess around with Instrumentality, it has some nice additions (mainly GB tiles). I have my own "unholy fusion of Classic and a bunch of others" too, but it is hardly releasable lol.

Entering a series of caves...
The walls seem a bit too square-ish. I'm not sure if that was intentional, but it does look a little off if it's supposed to be a natural formation. Nice shot, nonetheless.

Considering there's man-made objects in the caves, I'm gonna call them semi-natural and call it a day.
But in all seriousness, I'll probably leave it as it is. I already have 20+ caves screens down, and it would be hell to get change the walls. ![]()
Thanks for the feedback however, much appreciated. I'll probably keep this in mind for future cave screens. ![]()

i like the cave screens, Shane, and don't mind the squareness, as it is pretty much impossible to avoid with those tiles, and it is not a bad thing. I'm really liking the palette too. Is it custom?

Anthus, those screenies of the remade overworld classic screens (level entrances and starting screen) rock! ![]()

Anthus: I combined existing palettes in the Pure Remembrance tileset, nothing special really. Thanks though!
Eddy: As I said elsewhere, looks good! The sand and palette complete the shot.
Reworking my maps, going from LttP-sized trees to GB-sized trees due to design and walkability issues. Horray! ![]()
Here is a shot from my mountain map (palette not final):

What is a temple doing all the way up here?

Oooo, looks really cool. I like those purple mountains, they look very nicely done with everything else.

That looks really cool, especially with the fog at the top. Also yes, I imagine it is not easy to work with the giant trees. Having to rebuild your screens though isn't easy either.

Goron Falls. How to open that door? Nobody knows...
This looks really good and the floor variation is very fitting here and makes the dungeon look good without much decorations. But please change the water borders where in the corner there is a little bit of yellow which should be blue. Stuff like that drives me crazy. :tard:

I really like the atmosphere here and the colors used. The fog is real good here too. Though there are more detailed versions of those path tiles, maybe you should rip those..
You could also take them from my following screenshot, they were included inDoR.

No, the name of this area is not stolen from World of Warcraft. ![]()
