That's great to hear! I'm loving what you've done to the tileset and that house looks really awesome!

Work has begun on my first dungeon. I don't want to spoil too much, but I want to make sure I'm using the tiles correctly. ![]()

Looks like you're using them correctly to me, but then again I'm not too familiar with the tileset ![]()
Either way, it looks really nice. I wonder if those bob-ombs work like they do in MC/LA.

Damn that looks nice, FalsePower. Something that looks a tiny bit strange is that the walls (mainly the lower ones) look like they're floating on top of the lava, rather than sorta being 'next' to the lava.

FalsePower- Cool temple! There are some elevation errors, but they're very minor. Something I noticed is that the grate walkway isn't fully reaching the other side. Hopefully it doesn't fall into the lava? ![]()
Other than that, I feel like Link is out of place in the detailed setting. Loving the diagonal walls too. ![]()

Link welcomes you to his new and improved home! I finally got the place to have a more stylized feel, instead of just generic. I also feel like something is off with the tree overhang, but it will do for now. Let me know what you guys think!

That reminds me A LOT of the final dungeon in Link Between Worlds.

This is really well put together. I dunno much about what could be wrong with the overhangs but other than that, everything else looks amazingly well done.

After a short journey through the Waterfall Cave, our new hero finds a treasure chest! Lucky!
I finally finished the majority of the cave tiles! All that remains are editing water details and torches, mostly. ![]()

Oh god, the goodness never stops ;_;
How close is this tileset to getting finished by the way?

I'm thinking of releasing a beta after finishing the first dungeon set. I want people to use it and tell me what they want in there, or what is missing.

Okay, what design should I go with for my ice dungeon...
Current Design:
Alternate design 1:
Alternate design 2:
Which one do you prefer?

You know, I actually prefer the original design, mostly because the walls matched with the rest of the dungeon and it just looks better. In the two alternate designs, the walls just don't match up with the rest, which looks odd. Maybe if you tried to change the colour of the walls in the alternate shots it would look better.

I like the first and third ones mostly. I think some of the tiles are colored wrong though. It burns my eyes.

Joel, that screen looks great. You have it perfectly balanced colorwise and everything flows together nicely. Don't change a thing.
