That being said, I watched the intro, and while I agree that it looks very different from the original (the field is beautiful), I thought the camera looked a bit jumpy. It certainly seemed to flow more smoothly in the original's opening, but maybe that's just me. I dunno. It's just the intro. As interested as I am in getting the game, this is really not a big deal at all.

There are pretty massive changes, but again, not everyone has the abillity to see the differences in things like this. It's like, I was showing off that old forest map from THP a few years back, to some friends of mine, and they simply could not see the differences between it and A Link to the Past! This map btw.
It looks nothing like A Link to the Past, other than the few obvious parts, like the trees and the mountains, but even those aren't exactly the same
So here are some!

I'll have a few basic comments: notice how the bridge is now an actual 3D object, instead of a flat texture?

See the wall? Soooo much nicer a texture! And not to mention the new models on the enemies.

Here's another really nice example. See the higher-res paintings?
http://nintendo3ds.d...mparison-11.jpg
See how much more detailed this room is! It gives it more of a personality.

Looking away from the obviously better Link model, spot all the new underwater effects, which are obviously also animated.

Okay, so this one is a poor-quality image, but still, see how the room is now actually a 3D enviorment, instead of just a pre-rendered image? Big difference.
So yeah, there are a lot of pretty damn huge differences. Another one is the oh-so-much better color palette. It features stronger, slightly more cartoonish colors which really do the game justice.
That said, the intro is nothing special. Not to mention the fact that we have seen it before

Can hardly tell the difference between the new graphics? You must be as blind as a f***ing bat to not notice it. You don't have to buy it, but any real fan would.
Woah. I'm sorry I'm so blind, and nowhere near as good of a fan as you. I wish I had $300 dollars to spend on the system and the game. Until then, I guess Keiichi will remain more of a "real" fan then me.
As for the game; I can see the differences between the old and the new, I just don't give a damn. After all, graphics aren't everything about a game. Besides, I don't have s***loads of money to waste on something I already basically have.

But really, that doesn't matter as much to me. Really, I'm just glad that it's portable. That's my favorite feature.
...Of course, not counting that Redead feature that I'm still holding out for...

I must just be blind. The house inside is definitely a huge improvement (Always bugged me before), and the shop looks much better, but everything else just looks brighter to me. Like they took the screen, added a few more lightbulbs, and called it a day. This goes double so with the intro; I seriously can't tell much of a difference.
Not to mention, it's still the same game. Even if they completely re did the game in SS's art style, it doesn't change the fact that it's the same exact game they released 13 years ago. So yeah, I'm not going to get hyped over something that old when they didn't even bother changing anything up.

^This, every single graphic is completely re-made. The bridge isn't flat anymore, the water is much different. Mountains actually look like mountains instead of giant turd mounds
Everything and every graphic/texture are completely remade and the models are enhanced and they don't look extremely square.
I hope you can see this now. You don't have to buy it, but I just want you to know that it's not just a port with little to no changes. Just the screens tell you that it is not.
That would be all
P.S. You last statement, "They didn't even bother to change it up"...Wow, I didn't know an employee of Nintendo was a member of this site

Graphics are changed. And nothing else. I'd consider that "Little to no". If they're going to remake it, they need to actually change it up. Swap out the horrible Hyrule Field the game has for a better one (Heck, I'd be happy if they just ripped TP's field and popped it in there). Add a new dungeon. Change the plot up. Something other than just graphics.
And even with the graphics, I don't see much change. The new ones look a little better, but honestly, they're not very different. Even with Link, the only difference I can see is in his arms, which look much better than the original. And I'm not going to be impressed because they evened out a character's arms.
Sorry if I'm sounding really negative/pessimistic, but it just frustrates me that they pass up the opportunity to fix a game that has so much potential and keep it bogged down in 13 year old limitations.
