Source of the Drought isn't revisitable. To get the part of the Lightforce, superbomb the building fragment you appear after Source of the Drought.

I'm in lv3 the "garden" and still haven't found the arrows. I did see a picture where I need the L2 sword. Can some one please tell me where to find these items? I did find the bow and now am stuck until I find the elusive arrows.

Thanks, CastChaos, but I don't know where to go now to superbomb. Have been wandering all over and am frankly confused--this quest is huge, which is great, but without a map I'm getting lost and disoriented.

Just as the door opened to get the bow, the center elevator is working now. Go up to F2, go left, hookshot the painting and you soon get a key. Go southwest of F2, boomerang the two crystal switches, soon you see a room with a skull painting. Kill all enemies there and you soon get the arrow. Then shoot many things on F1...

O_O ......... Fairies? In Glacier Grotto, the dungeon of Wizzrobes...? Where this world went?!

...wait... oh yes! Except that it's not a boss lock, rather a regular lock. If you indeed collected enough keys and started from the main entrance, went to B1 and started your route to northwest then you end up in that left entrance room's upper part. The key to that lock wall is at the previous room in a crack (maybe you need to kill gels). So, unlock it, go left and prepare for some unexpected encounters. Your goal is near!

in IW just got boss key in beamos dungeon, going north on a screen after using it, a block is ther with 2 unhappy faces on it and Lens says shoot it with red arrows. I do, can only shoot 1, nothing happens, do not have the l2 arrows yet, whats UP?

You need the l2 bow to get rid of the statue. Unfortunately, I forgot where it is

The F2 floor is up. Chunky is so though that your arrow, which was a superstar item in LW, can't even fly through. Whew, it seems you need to go through the whoooooole dungeon to get better arrows and such, so that those might scratch Chunky at least a little. Like, so little, that he will lay in little pieces on the floor. Start by gathering 6 keys at west F1, east F1, middle F1 and southeast F2. You can then go directly south of the entrance, then left, into painting and all the way north to superbomb beamos guards and get new arrows. Then you can use it to get more keys that lead to... a new item. Combining the new item with new arrows might grow fear in Chunky's eyes. Or at least in one of his four eyes.

I'm in the level 5 dungeon. Is there an item I need to find? I beat the enemy which allows me into the room where I'm told about megaman.
Then I'm stuck on what to do.

I guess you are speaking of L5 subdungeon. One room norther from the room that tells about Mega Man is the usual subdungeon reward: a Lightforce piece. With a conversation that also can be considered to be a major plot twist. And no, there's no items there besides the Lightforce piece. So no new item for you in that area.

I've gotten to the room (below the moving floors) in level 5 where I have to use the wand but it is not triggering. Is there another item that I need?

You need the Wizzrobe mask to strenghten your ice-fire projectile. You can get Wizzrobe mask only after you get the item of IW L6. So, right now that moving floor area is just penalty for falling from above. Use wand magic on the torches to reveal safe way.
