[The Satellite]

Just finished the first season of Gunslinger Girl. I... actually didn't care for it that much. I mean it wasn't bad, the action's alright, the character interactions are interesting, but in the end I didn't really feel that satisfied by it. I also thought the opening song was kind of boring. I dunno, it's a good show, but not really fantastic.

 

Watching the second season now, which I've heard is not very liked at all by the fanbase. The art shift is kind of jarring, but at least the opening song's better now. Guess we'll see how this goes...

I met Jamie Marchi at the last con I went to, and everybody was talking about Panty and Stocking. So I went ahead and started watching it. I think I almost lost my laugh box. lol

Hey guys! I just finished the Ecchi anime, Cat Planet Cuties

 

if you love cats like I do, this is a good one for mew!

 

An alien cat race contacts Earth in hopes of alliance and trade

 

However a not so friendly Dog race interferes with their plans and caused Space Action anime 

 

Meanwhile, Kio, a young man in Japan, happens to be contacted by Aris, a sexy bubbly cat woman; she is saved by him and falls in love

 

He happens to have two friends, young women Aoi and Monomi and happen to be in love with him too

 

You'll sexy corny thigns at times but also pretty bad ass and legit action scenes including bikini women and sexy fights!

I finished Heroic Legend of Arslan and it's an incredible anime.  This is probably the closest thing we'll ever get to a Fire Emblem anime.  I mean that completely sincerely.  This anime could easily be adapted to a Fire Emblem game, and I'd play it for years.

 

I greatly recommend you watch it.  Japanese or English.  The English dub is actually really well done, as they speak as though they would in the time period that they're set.  

If you watched any 90's animes, you'd be surprised to hear some familiar voices.

Im not a fan of the show after watching two episodes. Too much kiddie play.

Finished K-ON! Season 1. Overall an excellent HS comedy show!

Currently watching Seven Deadly Sins! Those who have Netflix should really check this out! It's becoming one of my favorites.

I also started watching Haganai: I Don't Have Many Friends which I got from Black Friday. My friends kept telling me that it's a very funny comedy anime. I only watched episode one and I thought it was really good.

I am rewatching Shimoneta: A Boring World Where the Concept of Dirty Jokes Doesn't Exist

 

I have watched the series already but am rewatching because this Ecchi is just so damn funny and intelligently written.

 

You might think this is an immature ecchi but... this is some real hardcore stuff here. Comedy, romance, action, more comedy and romance, etc.

Have you seen Gurren Lagann? Because it definitely has a very similar absurd feel. I mean of course it would, it's by the same team. High level of fanservice, but most of it's pertaining to the storyline. It's "relevant fanservice," if you can believe such a thing. But it's a great story, goofy and lovable characters, and awesome music.
