Level 2 is the dome in the middle of the map. You take the sewers to get from the east part of the map to the middle. You also can explore norther. That city there has some secrets and games. BUT I don't advise saving until you beat Level 2, or else you start at Dr.Light's lab and need to go through the sewers AGAIN...

Oh, is it the abandoned dome, or the one with people in it? The one with people in it wouldn't let me explore too much, because of the "password" or something like that.

Thanks a lot, though! I'll see if I can't figure something out, since I know where you mean.

You already reached the password enter screen? There are numbers scattered throughout the dungeon. Memorize the number and its colour. Best writing it down. So you can have access to the nightmare that got loose from Chrono Cross.

Also, there's only one dome accessible for you yet... I know now! It's called "Iso Dome"! There's people on F1, but lower parts are dungeon.

Yep, I got all the way to Dr. Wily's boss, it's just that I can't hurt him because I don't have the necessary equipment.

I know it has to do with missiles. I bet that's how I hurt him, but I don't have the missile chip to fire them. icon_sorry.gif

EDIT: God, I'm retarded. Ok, got the chip and the missiles. I should be able to take that guy out now.

Hmmm, I have something of a more technical problem. I just got the mega buster and found the start to LV 3. (I finished LV2) I have the silver armor, so I'm not dying so much anymore, and 5 hearts now (2 pieces), protoman whistle, and power chip. Still don't have that LV 2 saber yet... (Geeze that would be nice... icon_razz.gif) Found the battle arena, though...

Anyway, my technical issue is that when I fire the mega buster, I get the magic wand sound effect from the original Zelda (I figured it'd be based on the wand) However it drains my special and I don't see any graphics for the mega buster shot. (There should be a projectile, right...? I see the missiles when they're fired.)

Anyway, I'm not using the recommended build, so I'm curious as to whether that is the problem, and if it is, if there's some kinda' switch or setting I can change to make it look right. Oh yeah, I get a weird graphic every time I find a 10 rupee piece, which I'm certain is another glitch.

I just finished the game. I used Jish's maps extensively, but since there wasn't one for the tower level, I went ahead and made one of my own. You can see it here:

Sorry that the quality isn't very good, but it was my first time making a map for a video game. I hope that it helps someone else.

Final numbers were 139 Deaths and 23:58 playing time.

Ah, thanks for making a map, engineman. icon_smile.gif
And thanks for posting your final numbers, always interesting to know how many deaths and how much time does it take for different gamers to beat the quest.

Uhh, why do you people play ZC quests on wrong builds? icon_wacky.gif
MMDWR DC shouldn't be played on any other build than ZC 1.92 b183 because those godawful developers of ZC always screw things up in the newer versions of ZC. But yeah, your graphical glitches are a result of you using a wrong build, let's just hope you won't be getting more serious bugs that may ruin your game...

No problem. Feel free to add it to your list to on your MegaCity BB too if you want. I was going to post it there too, but I didn't want to go to the trouble of making an account.

First of all, great quest, hard but not too much.
I already reached lv. 4 and currently about to enter the secret facility, and i have some questions:
1- I read in the readme that the megabuster and the heat beam both work with 'blue weapon energy' and i already got both weapons, so i wonder, when and where do i get this blue energy, because i cant use this weapons right now...
2- In the quest will i see the ruins of kakariko and Hyrule castle? because they talk so much about how it was buried, so i think it would be strange not to see those places...
Thanks in advance.

1 - Your blue weapon energy meter should be full when you start the quest... if it isn't then I hava to ask what version of ZC are you using to play MMDWR DC?

2 - Yes, you will see the ruins of kakariko Village later in the quest.... icon_wink.gif

I use the 2.5, because the 2.10 never works, evrytime i install it, a window says that an error occurred, so i gave up on that build, and changing it to another build would repair the problem? Because i really dont want to restart the quest for a third time (First time i used keys in another dungeon and now this...)

Uh oh, you should play MMDWR DC and most other 1.92 quests only with the ZC 1.92 b183. I don't recommend using any of the new builds for making or playing quests, they are awfully buggy. :/

Oh god, I had that problem with Castle Haunt. I played it on 2.11 and got all the way to Level 6 and got the Magic Rod, only to find that it DIDN'T WORK because I had no magic meter >_<

Anyways, I just beat Level 3(I didn't have the silver armor so I died a lot). I am now looking around for level 4 and I still dont have the Mega Buster.

You have to find Dr. Light from the mines before finishing Level 4 if you want the Megabuster for free. After Level 4 you have to pay lots of money to buy it from Tornis City.
