It appears that I encountered a game breaking bug in the abandon laboratory while trying to escape.  Fourth screen from where you start, you are suppose to use hookshot on the companion backpack.  Once I I do that, I cannot continue as he appears to be blocking my way.  If it is not a game breaking bug, then what am I overlooking ???

after hookshotting him, try jumping to the right side and hookshotting him from the right

Almost done with the excavation site. (Is that Level 1?) The problem is with the boss door access, how do I get there? Got the master key btw.

You have to run the conveyor belt in reverse

I have a few questions

What do I do to a Letter a Rito gave to me in a dungeon, is there anything more in said Dungeon?

To who I have to give the Flower Bombs?

The letter you get from a Rito in Forgotten Temple should be given to Laurelia (also a Rito), who can be found left of the Hyrulian Safety house (where you bought the coat prior to level 1) and will continue with other events. If Laurelia is not in this location yet, then you need to talk to her outside the Hall of Memories in Rito village.

The bomb flower is one of two items that are needed for Kortail (in Rito village) to make his final bow related upgrade/item for you.

Which are you having difficulty with the "letter" or the bomb flower?

If it is the "letter" you get at the end of Forgotten Temple (6th item on 1st row of garbage items), after talking to Laurelia in front of the Hall of Memories (where she runs off screen to the right after talking to you) and talking to her to the left of Hyrulian Safety house (where she runs off screen to the south after talking to you) you would next meet her in a cave to the south of her location near Hryrulian Safety house to continue.

If it is the bomb flower (6th item on 3rd row of garbage items), you will also need the item to its left as well, which is found in Lanayru Wetland. These allow you to get the bomb bow and arrows. I am not sure if you need to get the other two items from Kortail first to get this item; however, in late game you will be able to go to a Rito at the Mart in Tabantha Fronter and get the bomb bow and arrows from him (with the bomb flower and the item to its left) without the need to get the other items first. (I am purposely not mentioning when the Rito in the Mart will be able to do this; however, it will be fairly obvious when in the game this is available as you progress in the game.)

I have no problems with the Bomb Flower because I'm still in the desert searching for the special sand or whoever is called.

The problem is that he does not run when I talk to her, she stays there.

I cant sent you what I have on my possession

I am not sure what triggers her to run the first time. Try talking to all the villagers in Rito village and then talk to her again and see if that triggers her to run, as I think that may have been what I did. (Also, if you step out of Rito village and open the map, you can look at the screen to the left of the Hyrulian Safety house and see Laurelia, to check what she looks like.) For her to run from her position left of the Hyrulian Safety house, you need to offer her the "letter" that you got from Forgotten Temple. Note that while there are nice rewards for this quest line it is optional for completing the main quest; although it may be important in the post game.

I just figured out how to trigger Laurelia moving. You need the Master Sword first. After getting it, return to the top of Rito Village and talk to a Rito that's next to a staircase behind some bushes (hence you need the sword to cut them). After talking to her, return to Laurelia and then she will appear next to the house in the snow field.

Note that you can talk to Rito behind the bushes without getting the master sword first in one of two ways.

One) If you have completed Skysand Sanctuary and still have Rifit with you then you can actually equip Rifit to cut grass.

Two) Above the Rito that is behind the grass is a Hylia statue. If you climb the vines behind the statue you can enter a cave that connects to the stairs next to this Rito. (Note there is also a puzzle with a nice reward in this cave too.)

You see the island on the far east of Hebra Mountains with a heart piece and a stone containing memories. The grave puzzle is how you get there. You need to push one of the gravestones without any ghost in the room. If you read Callius's hint and the gravestones you should be able to determine which one to push.

For the well of Hatred, I think the key is reached through the warp maze to the left of the key block. Take the bottom right warp and then walk to (and take) the warp to the right (past where the barrier was). Then take the top left warp of the four. Followed by the top warp, then the next top warp. This will lead to a warp behind a wall. Take this warp to a fight and continue to follow the only path.
