Letter (if you didn't get it already) is on Foot Mountain, in the Power Bracelet 2 area.

I'm playing medium difficulty and I didn't find a map in Level 6.  Did I just overlook it?  Thanks.

The map is well hidden.  Hint:  Something weird in the Crystal Goriya room.

Got it, thanks.  Found that in the original runthrough of New Quest 2 but just forgot about it this time.  Hate those Like-Like/multiple cannon rooms...

Just curious if anyone else has beat Kaizo yet. For the record I had 0-deaths to LV.11 beta-testing, and then just got creamed in 11.

I'm playing Kaizo and working my way though L7.  I've made it further than I thought I would.

mmm..! started this ques on the easy mode, just on my first dungeon used one key to open the door, just to find one rp inside this room how C'om..? ........ I rather switch to difficult..!

L7 Kaizo mode is down.  Death count is climbing.  Wondering if I missed the red tunic or if it's available soon?  Even the overworld is getting to be tough sledding with all these purple enemies.

For the record, I got to L7 without using cheats (mainly the Rupee cheat to speed up time).  So you got further than me.

I got it.  Level 9 is down.  I seem to be missing a key in MD6 though.  Did I use them in the wrong order?  Or just miss a room where I needed to whistle or something?  I know the magic key is available soon.  I also upgraded my sword again and the game is actually pretty tolerable right now, although I know that won't last.  

 

Also I blew the whistle in the dark world and it took me to an orange screen that seems to be outside the map.  

 

Edit:  So I figured out MD6 but the boomerang prices in this game are absurd.  

 

Edit2:  Oh my.  Level 10 in Kaizo mode may be the end of my road.  The L2 fire darknuts just deal so darn much damage and I use up my potions before I can get very far.

Bug is squished, it was another one in the class of "Hey, build 3 maps for difficulty."  Seriously, if I am to do difficulty levels again there has to be a better way to do it.  :: sigh ::

 

I'm sorry, update coming.

 

BTW, good job getting that far on Kaizo.  Yes, 10 is a bitch.  Just wait until you get to 11!

There's a Level 11 in Kaizo...  *feels life force slowly leave my being*

 

...err, anywho.  Couple of minor questions:

 

a) Is the rupee behind the ice wall in Level 8 a red herring or is there some way to get it?
b) How many rupee spots are there in the overworld?  I know the $100 one in the Foot Mountain area but that's about it.
