Yes, potions are needed for these. Did you find the potion shop hidden early in that level? By this point you should have more money than you can spend.

Yes, luckily I did. Good thing for that discount coin thingy you get. And fairly easy to grind money if needed.

Even mirror robes can tear you apart, especailly if a bunch of them are in a room.

Hi to you Vravelo!
In the area to the right and up from the start you see a bush with a key on it. The new sword will slash that bush. You get the new sword by using your new lens and going through the water north of level 6.

There are two mazes on the way to level 7. You'll find one cave that'll give a clue to the maze that leads to another cave, and that cave provides the clue to level 7

If I remember, you get several items in this level. The L3 bracelet I believe is in an area that you couldn't explore fully. You'll need another item to fully explore that seemingly dead end. Try looking for that item first.

Thank you for all the hard work that went into this excellent quest. I am stuck at level 5. I picked up the the arrow and just retrieved the bow, but I cannot collect any arrow drops from enemies. Does anyone know if there is something else I need to do before I can pick up arrows? I am using Zelda Classic v2.50 RC4. Thank you!

...everything is ok, you just need a quiver (which is nearby)

I have to say, the level 5 music was an awesome touch, but gave me anxiety as I thought back to playing TMNT on the NES.
I love this quest!

Awesome quest!!! Finished level 5 and got hookshot, but I can't seem to fid level 6...NVM...I think I must have dozed off and forgot to open my eyes...

Me again, where's the amulet?
