I feel like it's been about a month that I couldn't get to work. But now I am back
in the swing of things, restarting seemed insurmountable, but I have moved my
palettes, prepared DMaps for working continue points, and learned still more
about ZQuest. Just happy to be back

setting up my active subscreen, planning out all the items in my quest, and what
order Link will get them, and making lots of customized and/or scripted items,
and getting them to work. I've also been working on story and dungeon ideas.
I recently finished adding a cutscene to this game (my first ever)
So yeah, I could show you my subscreen with all the items on it, but that
would be major spoilers, so now that I am getting my last item or two
to work properly, I'm gonna finish recreating my overworld area and get
that demo released. It will be basically like the last demo (which was only
seen by beta-testers), except that it will showcase the new cutscene and
has been rebuilt to work better "behind the scenes."
But you can look forward to unique items, or at least familiar items with
a unique twist, a cutscene, and hopefully soon I can post some screens
of my new dungeon which has all new graphics.

I'll let you take a look at the new dungeon entrance:

I honestly like both versions. Anyways, next step is to rebuild Subterra and then I can start on
my dungeon

And Jared, Link is done as is. I think you'd understand if you took a look at the NES palette I'm using.

Take your time Cukeman, slow production is better then having a rushed product!
