Thanks ever so much!! Again, really a good, fun, demented...er...I mean thought-provoking quest!!

The Lens is already in the version I first gave.
First, go back to Level 1 in the Present. Go up into the first room with the Darknut, water pool, and Zora. Notice the clue on the top wall? Go through the wall. That'll get you the Level 2 bracelet. Now, I suggest going to the place in your first screenshot. You'll get the boomerang and armor upgrade in there. Then, go to the Past and go up north past the Village. That'll get you to Level 7. After you're done there, come back to the second screen you posted and use Level 7's special item there.
EDIT: After you get the L2 bracelet, go back to Antiquity, and go here, to the shot I've attached. Head right one screen from there. That will get you the lens.

Just got out of level 5 due to lack of progress. Could use L2 bracelet and other upgrades!.

Can you please direct me to the warp or point of entry back to level 1 Present. Going crazy looking for it... Can't even figure out how I got to level 5 (and entered level 6)

Remember the screen you came into Antiquity on? Blow the whistle.
(Please note that you have to finish Level 5 and 6 first. I did it that way to avoid any game-breaking continuity bugs.)

Also, don't play this in RC2. FerentzRocks told me he can't even dive when using it.
EDIT: As it turns out, I get a whole different set of bugs with RC2. When I try to get out of the water onto a row of floor tiles, I can't get out at all on the tiles on the edge. I have to get out on the ones in the middle. Very strange indeed.
EDIT2: vravelo, don't cheat just to "catch up" to the other players. It'll take all the fun out of it.

Thank you for the quick reply. Am enjoying your quest. I think it's one of the best quests in terms of playability and creativity! They don't come very often!

Hopefully, I don't have to restart. It seems that I need the ocarina or L2 gloves in level 5. Got the flippers in level 6.

Is there still hope for me at this point? Where is the ocarina?

I must be blind or.... Where is that room? Have tried walkthroughs, bombed all walls, killed all enemies in all the rooms I can access. Haven't found the Super Darknut. Have been thru most of the rooms on the west side of the map.

How about a pm if it's a spoiler? Much appreciated...

Vravelo, Chris recommended me 250 b 18 and I have played through the whole game with it. I know that the site for the quest recommend 1.90 but Chris seems to have changed player.

I am almost through level 7 with all the necessary items and have had no bugs whatsoever when playing in 250 b 18....it's what was strongly advised at the start of this thread. "Souls of Wisdom" suggests playing in this build....perhaps checking out that thread will lead to the download for this build...

Hi, Chief. How about some help on how to get the ocarina in Level 5. I've been all over that my weapons would allow me access to but unable to find that room with the Super Darknut.

The ocarina is in the SE corner of B1 in level 5

BTW...the Ice Forest is really "cool"...lol
