Sorry if I offended you, man. I just don't think cyber sex is moral. I don't think infecting someone with HIV is right either. I guess my advice for your friend is abstainance.
My advice to you: A condom is not enough to protect you from these things.

Stay clean, and find the one

Rex, Thanks for not being a jerk though I know I've offended you numerous times here.
That's the way people need to be. I apologise if I offended you, dogg, err...fox

Nah! The moment I felt any offense, I bit my tounge and swallowed my pride. I'm not offended at all. I like a good debate.

Heh! Yeah! I'm allergic to the latex in condoms anyway.

Cool. I know one more person allergic to latex.
Like I said, furrydom is fine.
And rex, Thanks again for not starting a political debate.

Bah. We're all people here. You see, this is what I like about Dragonball: People, aliens, furries... and nobody really cares or nothing. They're just... people. Like say, the Dog Traffic Cop that I'M SURE I've seen in some DragonBall episode. he's just a traffic cop that happens to be a dog. Nobody really cares that he's a dog.

No problem buddy. If you are a follower of Jesus Christ, then you are my ally and I can never do anything to harm you lest I want to answer to god.
No need to appologize. At least you didn't reply with harsh critism like Jaivaz. Heh! There really are more important things to worry about.

Your very welcome. I much rather be your friend than enemy, so I'm willing to overlook any offensive remarks, both intentional and untentional. One thing about us furries, we are very loving and diverse...we'd rather be your ally than your enemy. Be careful...Rumors has it that a rabid furry has been hanging around PureZC lately...*looks around suspiciously.*

I guess this means we're friends. In Jesus, in furrydom, and in mind.
You're one of the few people here I'd want to talk to face to face.

Well, personally, I haven't made up my mind about furries, I'm still anyalysing everyone's posts as I try to make up my mind about this issue.

Though, an interesting side note. I watched this show on the Discovery Channel called "Medical Incredible", where they show some things that have been deemed, duh, incredible in the world of medicne. And they featured the lives of three people. They said these people had a disease called 'animalism', where the synopsis in thier brain is actually different then that of so-called 'normal' humans, in which these people actually believe they are animals. For example:

http://www.pawsonlin...s/tiger man.htm

and

http://www.individua...leopardman.html

These guys have taken thier animal personas to the extreme. There was a third guy, he was more of a Chimera with a snake's tounge and some other animal tatoos, but I haven't been able to find much on him. I know the medical show described what these guys did to themselves as a disease, but I'm not so sure, especially if they started out as furries...ya know?

That reminds me... does anyone remember Dennis Smith?

This man from San Diego had body tattooed with Tiger stripes, and even got a surgical face like a tiger's, complete with whiskers. Last I heard, he was trying to get fur grafted on.

You'd be suprise how many of us PureZC members have the same kindness that I do. I've conversed with many members here and I wish to meet them all in person...Unfortunately, that's currently impossible because I don't know how to drive a car and I'm afraid of airplanes, so I'll never fly.
Anyways, if you want to change someone...Don't fight them and call them names and try to insult them...Set a positive example. God works through me in my music, art, and infinite compassion I have for everyone. Just like Jesus wants us to show everyone how great our heavenly father is through our good works. Jesus has taught me to be tolerant of people's differences.

I'll quote my great friend Ernie. "There's nothing harmful for us if used in moderation. Its when it becomes an excess, that thing becomes harmful." Just like you illustrated with the 3 examples. As for me, I'll wait until science perfects Genetic Engineering...Allowing us to fine tune specific alleles.
Finding a way to make furrydom a reality is part of the reason for me majoring in Microbiology and doing extensive research on sub atomic particals, the elements, and the periodic table. The other reason is beyond the scope of this thread (I may post another topic relating to, "Natural Cures that they {FDA, FTC, & Pharmaceutical companies} don't want you to know about").

Vaguely, yes.

He also had some surgery done on his eyes so that the pupil and iris looks vertically elongated like a feline's eyes. A little too extreme for my furry taste. I've never had a tattoo and don't plan on getting one anytime soon.

I extremely dislike pain, so I couldn't stant to get tiger strips or what-ev tattooed on my body.
I'll just stick with D&D fantasy. I can't understand why people would go through numerous painful surgeries to become this still incomplete animal. If rex reached this goal, I wouldn't mind having fur grafted on my arm just to be unique. But if this does happen:
1)It'll move plastic surgery and genetic engineering to the next level
2)It'll cost an arm and a leg.

I totally agree with you there.

I have to admit that part of the reason I'm hesitant about making up my mind about the whole furry phenominom is that I didn't know there was more to it then sex. My first experiance with furries was an episode of 'CSI' where they were investigating the murder of a guy in a fox suit who turned out to be a furry. I guess you can say that being exposed to furries in that way sorta tainted my mind on the subject.

However, this thread has been educational, I did't realize there was so much more to being a furry. Personally, I don't think I would be a furry. I am loving and open to most people, and I have a lot of sympathy for the animal world (I am a dolphin NUT, just to let you know..."Echo" is one of my favorite video games, I had a bazillion plushies, my bathroom is done in plushies, and I help as much as I can with conservation efforts to save the ones that are endagered....they're so darn cute! ^^). I think zoos and aquariums are cruel and unusual punishment...though there are several zoos that are upgrading to make thier structures more like the wild, they are still an artifical environment and not that good for the animals (though, in some cases where the animal won't survive because of injuries or defect, I think a zoo/aquarium is the best place for them...they can still grow and thrive and survive)

I love animals (especially dolphins, I won't deny that...^^ *huggles plushie*), but would I associate myself as actually being one? No, I don't think so. Furries seem to take thier love of animals and nature one step further then I do, and that's alright by me, more power to them, and more power to you guys.
