I looked in ZQuest, and I didn't see any way to get there. (No warp arrival coordinates, no secret flags to make blocks vanish, no push flags to push a block, no hookshot blocks that I could see.. etc.) But there is something to the west of it, beyond where we can reach, but it's only one of those slightly larger quantities of rupees. Nothing to worry about.

I can't find the boots. Does this quest have the boots? Where can they be found? Thanks for your help?

There are no boots to mitigate damage from damage combos, I'm afraid. It's how the author put together his custom bosses, using damage combos.

Well the so called boots"" can be found at the sewers -!!(those are flying shoes alike))
to get this, you need the wand with the book - must be able to swing though

The thing is, there's a very big distinction between the Boots and Raft. Just because the Raft looks like boots, doesn't mean they're boots. It's still a raft. It just looks like a pair of winged shoes.

The actual "Boots" boots, .. the ones that allow you to walk over damage combos, functionally, do not exist in the quest, unfortunately.

If they did, the game's bosses wouldn't make any sense.

Nope. Just a healing room with some pots to slash. Nothing whatsoever in it otherwise.

You can find Relic Stone in most NE room of 1F, Boss Key in most NW room of 3F (you need to find secret path in most NE room).

In the Mirror Cave there is a room with a long narrow aisle on the left side that leads to a warp that will take link to a heart piece. My problem is that on the way to this warp there is a bombable wall on the left side. Once you open the hole in the wall and link enters he finds a room with some blocks and a small floor area with a doorway to the north. The floor is mostly a large black warp and link falls back to the cave entrance everytime I enter this room. How do I get past this room? I think that i have explored most of the Mirror cave, but I can't get past that room. Can anyone help a little old Nana out?

Ok, I finally got stuck.

Can't seem to find the Boss Key in Train Station.
Still having trouble getting Lens in Excavation... not sure where I'm supposed to go next. The last relic I handed out netted just a HCP and some money.
Finally reached boss in ice tower but he kills me before I can whittle him down.
Can't find Nightmare buster. I followed the directions, but the directions don't say where to start and I'm running in circles. Like for example the directions say to go to the left, but there's no path to the left.
Found a glitch with the Megaladon. I made it to the first encounter with the Megaladon but managed to skirt past him and reach a bunch of null screens. The null screens show the various art of the giant Megaladon. (open face, closed face, body, etc)
Do not have the wand or book.
Only found three relics thus far (other than the one in excavation) Have only gotten a bunch of HCP and the huge wallet out of there.
Can't seem to reach the HCP in the disco man screen where the guy is dancing.
I don't want to spend a whole day swimming through 40 pages of posts.

I have completed the vines level, but I cannot find my way through the Mirror Cave. Can anyone give me a clue how to complete this level so I can move on? There is a room on the 1st floor that I enter by way of a bombed wall. I quickly fall through the black floor to the cave beginning. Thx for any help.

A couple quick questions:

So the link in the first post is to the latest, presumably most bug-free version, right?

I should be getting a new computer in the next few days, so I might finally be back in the game. I need to play this on 1.92b183? Has anyone tried it on 2.10, the LI build or RC1? My new computer will have Windows 7, will I be able to use 183?

I'm ready to finally try and tame this behemoth after all these years of reading about it, and a couple attempts that had to be scrapped due to bugs. I haven't had a ZC-equipped machine in almost two months and I can't get back to playing soon enough.
