She's actually not from Disgaea. She originally comes from Makai Kingdoms (and ends up becomming the main character's human apprentice), but has been a secret character in many NIS games, hoping to finally get her own game where she's the star. (As of late, I think she's been in all of the SRPGs. All as a secret character. Whether it's about the Netherworld or not.)
