Hey, TS!
Also, thanks for pointing out that sword page to me.

Well, disagreements can happen. It's alright.

Thanks for pointing it out, Russ! It took me a while after reading this to realize that you were referring to the whistle tune in the background during the main song. I'd been so focused on how cool and wild-western this music was that I didn't even notice it was the same tune from Hyrule Field!
I love that tune, BTW. I've been trying to find a good excuse for using it in a quest. I even considered making a short test quest setting Link in a wild west shootout! (I haven't done anything with that, though.)

I don't think I can play Wind Waker. I only have a Wii and a computer. They don't have it on emulator, do they?
If your Wii can play Gamecube games then you can download certain software to allow you to run burnt copies of games on the console. But if you want to go the way of emulation then Dolphin is what you want.

Wii can play Gamecube games. I've only played Wind Waker on my Wii, so yeah. icon_razz.gif You'll just have to buy WW, a Gamecube controller, and a Gamecube memory card (all of which I'd imagine are pretty cheap by this point). Or, if that's too much money, there's a Gamecube emulator called Dolphin. From what I heard, it's not the simplest thing to set up, but it works.

Newer Wiis don't have backwards compatibility nor do they have gamecube controller slots, so that might be his problem.

No, my Wii doesn't have that problem. It's not new; I've had it for a few years now.

Thanks for the info, guys. Someone gave my family a generic (Gamestop) controller that plugs into the Wii using one of the round ports, so I think I'll be good with that controller. Only problem is I can't buy games very often (hence why I got TP only recently), even less so for videogame accessories. Oh well...
If I get a chance, I'll check into that Dolphin thing.

Went back into playing SMT: Devil Survivor Overclocked and now I'm becoming hooked. If you like the Persona games, then you'll definitely like Devil Survivor. Think Persona + Final Fantasy Tactics.

I've played the original Devil Survivor, and liked it a lot. The difficulty kept me from getting any endings other than the easy bad ending, though. Are there any real differences between the two? I mean, Overclocked brought it to the 3DS, which means it has a lot more room on the card for extras and such. is there anything there that's really worth upgrading?

Started playing Pandora's Tower today, and it's pretty awesome so far. Very reminiscent of Shadow of the Colossus (in story, anyway).

I know a neat trick to level up your GFs very quickly without having to level up your characters, and you can do it very easily now that you have the Garden moving. I put it in spoiler tags in case you'd rather not have the advice, but it's insanely useful once you figure it out.

That one was my favorite GF. You can level him up and get access to any shop in the game from the Menu Screen. Even better, you can buy items for discount, and with a bit of item synthing, you can sell them for more than you bought them for! You've pretty much just got the game beat for you, now.

Yeah mine too. its so nice to have access to a shop anywhere. every once in awhile I need to get to an shop, but alas nowhere near one...
And Does anyone know if you can call a Chocobo out in the middle of the field without having to always go the the dumb chocobo's forest?
(So far I see the chocobo's very useless you get one, and get off. the dumb bird runs away, and the your left out in the middle of nowhere...)

Edit: Just picked up Cerberus and made it to disk 3 (Woot icon_razz.gif )

Yeah...I should really stop pressing the wrong button. (especially not in the middle of no where, lol.)

Still wish there was a way to call them though... Oh well.

There should be a GF that provides a "No Encounters" ability, and it should be available very early in the game. It's essential to a low-level run, and should help about the lack of Chocobo convenience. I forget which one it was, though.
