this marathon place is a little complicated"" mustly is about pushing the blue blocks down so the yellows stay up or vice versa haven't gotten anything so far.. just little garbage... any idea how to go and get that mirror shield ???.... though this place is huge"

Okay, these magic containers aren't in any specific order of retrieval, so take it as they are.

--- Magic Container List ---

Spoiler

1) Easy to get. Talk to the stupid Owl at the beginning of the game in the north-east of the Kokiri Forest.

2) Sea Dog's Dojo - When you enter that multicolored maze, from the start, go West three times, then bomb the north wall. You need the L2 Arrows for these to use on the flames blocking your way in that room.

3) Deku Tree F-2: Spikes facing West - From the beginning of F-2 in the middle of the map, go north, north, west, north.

4) Lost Hills mountain cave. A little hard to describe. You know the little girl west of Pulcheria Village that serves as an entrance to Crystalia? Three screens north of her there is a bombable cave entrance that needs a Super Bomb. Go in there, and go three screens east, one screen south.

5) Capitol Port: Climb the vines in the upper-right of the area, go all the way to the top, and travel all the way west. Not hard to find at all. Except, you need the L2 Candle from the Excavation to get this.

6) Go to Blester. Two screens east of the area you start in, (When it's snowing) there's a cave. As soon as you enter the cave, hop into the pit you see right before you. Go a screen north, and it's in that chest. Easy as pie. And falling on spikes voluntarily.

7) Twilight Lands - Find the entrance to the Cave of Mirrors. The Container is a screen to the east of it. You'll have to work your way up and around it to get there though.

Excavation B-3: From the start of the floor, go into the east wing, and work your way up to the screen northeast of the starting screen. Bomb the north wall. It's in the chest next to the archaeologist.

Yes thanks for these. The Vine Fortress is actually a work in progress, which I'm doing right now. There were originally about one hundred or so empty Door Combo Sets, (Quest -> Graphics -> Door Combo Sets) most of which were garbage and unused, so I cleaned that up. Vine Fortress must have looked even more garbagey than not, so it might have gotten tossed or something, because It wasn't on the list. So I'm remaking it.

As for those maps, that's a work in progress too, though I use that in the slack'ish lazy term. Maps are weird in ZC. Weird, I say.

Ah thanks for that list of those Magic containers , for now i am still in Marathon and i just got the boss key(nice thing to find that one)

and my gosh Marathon is really big but i think it is just fun to play big dungeons.

then I'll come back,, also to the swamp for the fire boomer, (bought a boomer for 900 rps is wairdo stuff, but is no that goog!!

The boomerang that you get in the um ... ... ack, I don't even know what to call it. Link's Nightmare? The place after the Twilight Lands? Whatever. Oh um hi that boomerang is the Level 3 Boomerang, which I just kinda slid in there for fun. It's really unofficial, but it'll make stunning things a little easier, like bubbles and such. The Boomerang you get from Excavation is indeed the best boomerang. Yes, absolutely. And that's free.

I also definitely do want to make a new place for the Master Sword. It feels like such a cop-out once you get there. I also had a fun idea to give the Master Sword three "modes" you can switch between - A beam that penetrates all enemies, a beam that widens as it travels farther across the screen but doesn't penetrate, and a beam that is a normal beam but doesn't use magic like the other two.

Twilight Lands, Horse Tail. The only thing I could have thought you meant when you said that. Yeah I know which boomerang you mean. x) There's only two after the blue Magic Boomerang you can buy, so...

I went to subrosia and got the "master sword"' MUCH BETTER"" just one slash for any blue genie , another slash for the red ones ,, went to the excavations and found one full heart container, the good boomer on the other side,, came back to marathon and found the compas which is signaling the bad guy at F 1 left most and up!- that's for latter time,, I'm fixin one zc player v2.10 , to play  " sabotage dragon " a little more(mysterious and incredible quest -unfinished))---

so where is that boomerang?

 

i found the lvl 4 sword and a better bow and i got something that look`s like a piece of the triforce.

If that piece of the Triforce changed your tunic color, then you just got the best armor in the game. Huzzah, etc. The best boomerang is actually not far at all from that Triforce thingy. From the start of Excavation B-3, same floor as the Triforce thing, go all the way west, and when you see red blocks, walk through one of them. Simple enough.

Finally i found the shortcut to Deku Tree F2 but i have not found the map yet , if there is a map of that area where is it?

just wandering around i circles all the time. And btw i found the better boomerang i dont know how i missed that wall

I think there is no map of the Deku Tree because it uses four maps; one map for each direction of spike plus-shape-thing. It's a little excessive, but it's harder to merge them into one map.
