Yeah, it really shows they're passionate about making Zelda and other games rather than just passionate about selling them.

I started playing Minish Cap again because I'm super excited for this game, and I wanted to play a handheld Zelda. My plan is the week before it comes out to blitz through Link to the Past again as well. This seems like it could easily be the start of a whole new direction for the Zelda franchise. If these are the concepts they're playing with on the handheld, I can't WAIT to see how they follow up on this for the WiiU!

Something from ALttP you haven't done? Triforce Chamber perhaps? Ganon Battle? Dunno if you've done either of those. 

 

Also as far as the commercial, I like it. Definitely has an old-school vibe to it.

I like it, it's a shame it very likely won't come to Australia. Any advertising we DO get is shitty videos of people sitting around the TV smiling while waggling the controls :/ and very little (if any) gameplay footage. (Although this trailer also doesn't show a lot of gameplay footage, the live action portions aren't excessively lame)

It's been like this throughout the Wii's entire life and I don't expect it to change at all for the Wii U.
