Well, just beat the 4th Gym earlier.  Gotta love Mega Blaziken.  xD

 

Team is now:

 

Lvl43 Blaziken (Fire/Fighting) - Yeah ditched Delphox

Lvl42 Yanmega (Bug/Flying)

Lvl38 Seadra (Water)

Lvl38 Jigglypuff (Normal/Fairy)

Lvl42 Krookodile (Ground/Dark)

Lvl43 Doublade (Steel/Ghost)

I didn't finish the 4th Gym yet, basically, my brother gave me two pokemon to add to my team, thus Golett and Dunsparce(The sweet prince, Moulder the Dunsparce wlll be missed. ;~; ) got dropped for two new Pokemon.

 

Current Team(Excluding Nicknames):

 

Pancham - Level 31

Hawlucha - Level 32

Roserade - Level 36

Sneasel - Level 40

Wigglytuff - Level 49

Delphox - Level 53

So, wait. I just noticed something (I hope this doesn't sound dumb, lol). So when I had the exp share off my Pokémon got around 1000 exp. When I turned the exp share on and battled the same Pokémon, my Pokémon still got 1000 exp. Is the exp system broken or something? Just something I was wondering about...

Nah, the EXP share doesn't work at all like it used to. Rather than splitting the EXP you would get in half, and giving the other half to somebody else, it just gives everybody else half of what you got for free. So if you have a full team of 6 mons, you're raking in an additional 250% of all the experience you earn for free.

Wow, that's kind of cheap, in a way. But it's nice, I guess. Also, my friend told me that the lucky egg now triples the exp you earn. Is that true?

Don't know about that, but suddenly I want one. I dunno if I'd call it all "cheap"; it lets you cut down on level grinding if you want, which is always a very welcome addition in my books.

That is true. I should of had it on more (for some reason it turned off without my notice, maybe? -_-). But nice. My friend said he was in the 6th gym, but I don't know exactly when he got it... But I really want one too! ;D

Oh. Well that's a ways away for me. Seven hours in and still no sign or indication of the second gym. I think I may have unintentionally taken a detour though. One that leads to dinosaurs. I was going to get one... but then suddenly I found a Sandile and suddenly I don't know. I've only got one slot left on my team, and having two mons with water weaknesses doesn't seem smart. I think I need to find a water type for my last guy.

 

Edit: Tyrunt apparently is part dragon and has no water weakness. Hrm...

Eh. That's no worse than my Pokemon Diamond team, in which 5 of the 6 Pokemon I had were weak to Electricity.

 

I've added a level 23 Golbat and the rest of my team is 25-26 now. I just need Mareep to finish the team up.

You seem to be really close to the next gym. The length of time between the first and second gyms is gigantic. It gets smaller as you go, however . I think Tyrunt is dragon-rock but I'm not sure... In any case it seems to be powerful, but I got the Pokemon from the other fossil.

That's a lot of electricity weaknesses! . Sounds like you've got a good team as well .

Eh, Exp Share kind of is. You can just battle with one pokemon and never touch the other 5 and have them all around the same level in the end. I've turned it off most of the time as I don't mind training.

 

Lucky Egg only is 1.5x exp still, dunno where the triple thing came from. If you max out the Pokemon's Affection in Pokemon-Amie they also get another small Exp Boost. (Having Affection, Fullness and Enjoyment at max, then leveling up is how you evolve Eevee into Sylveon too, btw.)

Lvl60 Blaziken (Fire/Fighting) - Blaze Kick, Sky Uppercut, Brave Bird, Bulk Up

Lvl56 Wigglytuff (Normal/Fairy) - Hyper Voice, Dazzling Gleam, Attract, Thunder Wave

Lvl54 Krookodile (Ground/Dark) - Crunch, Rock Tomb, Earthquake, Strength (Will change for something else later)

Lvl59 Doublade (Steel/Ghost) - Shadow Sneak, Iron Head, Sacred Sword, Swords Dance

Lvl53 Kingdra (Water/Dragon) - Surf, Twister, Blizzard, Hydro Pump (May change for something else later)

Lvl51 Yanmega (Bug/Flying) - U Turn, Return, Thief and Detect (Most moves are getting changed)

 

May end up replacing Yanmega with either Sigilyph (Psychic/Flying) or Galvantula. (Bug/Electric) later.
