Anyways, my little brother is now obsessed with Rayman. We've only had two play sessions on it, and he's drug everybody to the final world, whether they wanted to play it with him or not. I mean, I like playing games a lot, but two 5-6 hour long play sessions is pretty excessive, especially when he won't even let anybody change the game. He only went to bed last night after I promised I'd play with him again today. He woke me up in the morning, telling me that I needed to play with him the instant I got out of bed, because I had promised to play it with him.
I'm kind of curious now, anybody have any idea how long the game is, hour-wise?

I live near a REALLY small town, so the local libraries all keep their books in one large database, and ship them to each other when somebody puts one on hold. One of them happens to have a small game selection, so that lets everybody borrow them whenever they want. The only catch is, they don't lend out brand new material for a few months, so the local people get to use it first. The best part about it is that since the games are all discs, anytime I decide I want to play the same game again, I keep all my save files.

I just meant the FPS. I bought Sonic Generations from Steam before the demo version came out, and found out the hard way that it's not good enough to run the game properly. I get about 3 to 5 frames per second when I try to play it. (still finished the game though. I got to admire the pretty levels in detail the entire time)
I know exactly what you mean. I can play it and get a lot of fun out of it, as long as I only play for a short period at a time. The main problem for me is that when you're playing the 2D sections and you see all the stuff in the background (such as the buildings and structures in Aquarium Park, for example), your only thought at the moment ends up being "I really wish I could go there instead."
So far, I've played up to Aquarium Park, and my favorite level has to be either the first Act of Tropical Resort, or the first Act of Starlight Carnival. Yes, I know the level plays itself for the most part, but it does look pretty awesome. Personally, though, I think SC would have worked better as a Modern-style version of Egg Fleet (Sonic Heroes), but keeping the same appearance. (Now I really want to play a Modern Egg Fleet)
Which girl's route are you on? I've played through Shizune's, Emi's, and Hanako's routes, and each one has a fairly happy ending (except Shizune's route really needs a longer epilogue. Nothing worse than finishing a story where you know there will not be a sequel, and literally shouting at the screen "But then what happens?!" I got a lot of funny looks for that one.)
Every route has a happy ending and a sad ending, so you might want to start over on the route you're on if you get the bad one.

Tales of Graces f!

I actually went back into playing it and attacking the side quests. I think it's a great game overall and it definitely wins the award as the most humorous Tales game. I swear, those skits and battle endings are among the funniest I have ever seen... especially the ones with Hubert and Pascal.

I don't know why, but I enjoyed FF7 and FF8 more than FF9. I guess it might be because 7 had the Materia system, and 8 had the Junction system (broken as it is), but 9 doesn't seem to have anything unique about it. I mean, I've played it up to the beginning of Disc 3, but I still feel like I'm just going through the motions, there's nothing really that stands out about it.

It's pretty good, yet super cheesey with the whole friendship thing! I do like Hubert and Pascal's playful banter. It's so cute!
My favorite is still Tales of Symphonia, though. Even though Colette was the annoying female lead.

Are you playing it legit, or abusing magic Junctions? You can get to where you can one-shot anything after the first cave, if you put a bit of time into it.
Yeah I'm playing about legit as I can. I don't really like abusing the magic Junctions, It kinda takes the fun away with one hit kills <_<

Yeah 9 wasn't as unique as 7 and 8. But it did have some nice pretty graphics and a pretty good strory.
And also I did hate 9's ability system it made the game feel older then 7 and 8. (which is alright but...I was not a fan of it)
