I haven't seen you around so Imma assume you are new.
But weather you're new or not, you are clearly a master at the GB tileset! Those are magnificent shots and one of the best I've seen using that tileset and just in Zquest history!

These are decent shots: the only thing I can complain about is the pillars and crystal. Change the browns on them to a darker red.

This screen is just too crowded. Remove a lot of the detail, espically the stone pavements which stick out like a sore thumb.

May I recommend ImageShack to upload your photos without it converting them to .jpg?

The screens are very nice. I'd add in some flowers and other stuff, but they're very good as is. I'd also throw in the occasional green tree to mix it up a little.

Link finds a missing miner locked up in a cave by Ganon. He gives Link some important information on how to get the pair of Zora's Flippers he needs.

For those curious, the little blue splash above the message box is there because in caves, there are little drops of water falling from the ceiling every so often. There's another one you can't see behind the text.

This is the first time I've really used MC cave tiles, so I'm looking for pretty honest critique. Don't hold back!

Looks AMAZING. I love the shape, and use of the candle tiles.

But, the treasure and the miner stick out like a sore thumb.
I would darken the treasure chest, and fix the miners colors.

With the miner, the tiles came like that. They were made in 4-bit mode though, so that explains the missing grays.

The miner looks much better!
But the treasure still looks strange. I say ditch the orange and make it a dark brown.

Amazing shots! My nostalgia from those shots is off the charts! Now I really wanna play the Oracle games again...

Out of curiosity, how does one get the heart piece in the first shot? That block puzzle looks impossible...

Yeah, I think so. It makes the shot in its entirety a little less brown. Plus, the blue/gold theme really looks nice icon_smile.gif

Moo2wo, those shots are good. Honestly, I think changing to blue made it look bad. The red in my opinion was fine.

Thanks all! I think I'll go with blue/gold, as that's what most people seem to like. Also, NewJourneysFire, that Minish Cap cave set is included by default in DoR and Pure Remembrance.
