However i have yet to see the way, having the black and white area and clouds over it makes it hard to see, you really pictured the feel of despair and destruction on Mt. Deadend... it is even harder to navigate than Death Mountain!

Castchaos: sorry to bother you again, but I only need one more piece. It is the level 7 sub dungeon I can't seem to find it. Hopefully I didn't miss it in skull woods.

By bush maze, you mean the overhead shrub? If you can't get over it, go north from where the aquamentus was, burn the tentacle, then hookshot left and continue playing.
SuperGulo:
No, it's more to the west than Goron City. But if you go to the cave that was once Goron City, you only need to keep going left til you can then south. That coloured boulder will be for much later, when you need to return. It will be a shortcut. You know, all caves lead south, so you only need to keep scaling west a little. If you come out of a cave at the south instead of exiting the whole mountain, go left, down, right and you are where Goron City was. Don't forget that you can hammer certain boulders and an object at the south part of the caves. Plus you can bomb a big bone.
sctmorgan:
I think you mean you need a key, not a sword... so, from F2's entrance, go left and hookshot the painting.
EDIT:
Accr89:
Skull Woods isn't revisitable, so there's no subdungeon. However, just right of Skull Wood's everblocked entrance, shoot the door of the upper right house with your L3 bolts. [Ultima] But where to go now? Back to Skull Woods? To Vaati's Palace?! Perhaps you will join me as I walk into the just opened house![/Ultima]

Castchaos: thank you finally got all of the pieces, now does it this mean I'll get a better ending? I never found the l4 sword or the gold tunic though, but I don't care I got all the pieces!!!
No, no, no! You haven't done anything so far that could trigger a better ending! Remember what happened in the worst ending! What was the climax of events when you knew that it was the sure end? You need an item that can withstand that! The completed Lightforce is for something different...

k I went back to my first game at the end cutscene and I walked around without even getting the end. I think I triggered the other endings that the game has in it for some reason.
Nevermind, I got the sword of power, this is the ultimate power I need to beat sigma for sure.

Well I did enter a reploid ship, does this have to do with the better ending of the game. I just can't figure out how to open the door with the four green glowing blocks in it.
The place you are at contains the item for the best ending, but you can't have the best ending if you don't have the requirement for neutral ending.
So, only Dynamo can open that door, but he does it only if you find him in a certain room. First you need to go left, solve a small puzzle, kill a lot of of security robots, THEN go to the right side. Always consider that you should kill all enemies in the first room, and that when you see many fireballs, you should reflect them onto the left door and that you can latch onto an opened chest.
You also should download the latest update if you truly want to enjoy the boss in that secret dungeon you are in now!
