sorry, those yellow comments were for the other guy. however, I do agree that the bridge sucks. also, your tiles need variations. I can't stand quests full of the same exact rock/tree/bush throughout the maps and your screen has like thirty of the exact same tree, five of the same bush and the likes. overall it's a good looking shot, though.

I would suggest making the dirt brown a bit lighter. The issue isn't that you have yellowish cliffs; the issue is that it clashes with the dirt.I'm trying to go for a super-sunny, almost too fucking sunny look. What do I need to do to fix it?

Much, much better. The dark brown dirt on the left with the yellowish rock looks a little odd when put right next to each other, but other than that I really like it.
That's actually shallow water. It looks better animated, trust me.

High contrast, with really bright highlights. You don't need to give the screen a yellow tone because bright sunlight is white, but your colours should still have a warm tone. Find reference pictures, and even use the colour picker to grab colours from them directly if you need to.I'm trying to go for a super-sunny, almost too fucking sunny look. I'm guessing ALBW is a possible reason as to why you're showing this again? ![]()
Still like it a lot. You should do something with this.

Yeah, ALBW reminded me that this was still a thing, pretty much.
I might do something with it if I can get out of my "lazy ass" mode.

"Lazy ass" mode: Will they ever find a cure?!
(probably not)
I've been more fond of ALttP's graphics lately, and the more I look at this, the more I wish there was a remastered ALttP set or something like that. Same style, just more crisp and refined.

Honestly, I feel like the old DoR set is kinda like that. If I can post something I made years ago (and something that varies from good to pretty bad...),

I feel like the set really captures the feel of LttP's graphics. Most of the tiles started as edits of LttP's, so it's pretty similar, even though it doesn't look exactly the same. I dunno.

Well thanks everybody. I wasn't really posting it here for critique as much to make a point in response to Scootaloo, but I appreciate it. This thing is really old (it was started, like, 4 years ago), and I really don't like the bottom center and center right areas, but I do kinda like a lot of it. I may end up recycling it for a miniproject in the future, once I'm done with some of the stuff I'm working on now, cuz I don't want that work to go to waste.
