Take a look at the first floor's map. Find the ladders near the entrance that say "To A, Floor 2". Go thru the girder floor and cross the gaps with your new Steel Plate. You come back down to F1 at "To H, Floor 2". Still follow? Now go down to B1 where it says "To M, Basement" and go thru the basement floor. But if you haven't opened the 2 shutters downsatirs then you have to do that before you can continue. Anyways, when you're back up in F1 at "To N, Basement", just go right a few screens and bomb the cracked shutter open to get to the bosses' room.

So, you go to the B1 floor. Near the southwest corner, can you see the "To B, Cave" entrance to the caverns? Well from it go left, then up, then turn right, up and left again and just follow the path to the door's control panel. You can make it!

BTW, where can I get a key?
I got all the keys in F1 BEFORE I ACTIVATED THE SWITCH and the only key in B1, where is another key I can use?
(note: There is only two keys left on F1, but I cant get those until I open the locked door to them.

(It's in Tornis, I got the stepladder to get there)

Oh no, double post! I'm sure you won't get banned because of a little mistake like that
But waitaminute... but there are no locked doors in Wily's secret lab. You get one extra keycard there from behind a statue, but that's all. So you can freely go and beat Wily's Secret Lab now. But if you have that one extra keycard left, I suggest you save it for Level 6 as level 6 has so many locked doors.
About your earlier question, if you have made it to the bosses' door, then you don't have to worry about keycards unless you left one behind somewhere.

but now, no keys, but if I get the extra in Wily's LAb to open the door to activate switch 2, I can go on and find the other two keys and I can keep two extras! Because one locked door leads to a room with 50 zens and a full health regenrater. I can skip dat and go onto the boss.

And yeah, the one locked door near bosses' room, you should skip it as you get nothing important from that room + you save one keycard for the tough Level6.

I check the maps, but do I need flippers (Rush) to dive down the water I made by melting the cracked ice?
Just checking, cause the maps for Level 6, the guy had gold armor.

Hmm... I have to admit I don't remember do you have to have rush marine to dive through that hole on the ice, but you don't have to dive through it as the Gold Armor is in the northern garage.

Yes you can go into those holes without the flippers.
