Meh... my oldie friend Bulk is making a return to my drawing board... with a totally new look... and he needs a new name, as he's not a parody of Hulk anymore...
Now, I've heard that his head looks weird... but hey, that's kind of the style I was going for with him -.-
Though, this is only a rough one minute draft... concept art... he's a villain too... I mean, he's one of Cat-Man's enemies...
