path tile are improved, for sure. everything else is... uh... not improved.
Is it the palette? I was sort of experimenting with that one.

I liked the old path tiles better. The new ones just don't blend in as well with the rest of the tiles.

it's much better than the pink/purple one. maybe vary the rock colors using some of the tree browns.

This is pretty nice, Scoot. I like how there's not too much distraction going on.

Stockwell's Not-So-Well-Stocked Shop
Need to figure out what items should be sold and what prices still. Want to see the old version of the screen?
Minor edits, new screen:
This is a really nit-picky thing here, but if thats a bar or kitchen in the house, then I'd put the wooden chairs/stools on the other side of the bench as that is more logical. Other than that, awesome stuff!

I agree with James. Shorte the bar by one tile in length and put the chairs on the other side. I also have to agree that the screens are very nice and have a particulary nice palette.

A statue of the devil Chrybol. This temple is likely dedicated to him. Chrybol was a fiend who would turn those those who sought to steal from him into gold as some sort of ironic justice. Luckily, he vanished long ago and holds no more sway in this mortal realm, so I shouldn't be meeting such a fate today.
There are some pixels on the statue that I'm going to fix, there are some parts that I need to anti-alias, and the highlights on the outside edge of the wings bother me.

It appears that long ago, this temple sank beneath the earth. Due to it being located near the ocean, the tide rolls in every day, further flooding and destroying it. Hopefully there's still treasure to be found, but I'm doubtful.

I keep hearing clicking sounds from that tunnel, it'll be wise to leave this room quickly.

It's been a while since low-tide, I need to get to higher ground or out of here quick, before high-tide rolls in.

Here's hoping the tide won't reach me up these stairs...
