Everyone's entitled to their own opinions, but writing something off entirely before it's even out, or before you try it is a little silly. I understand some skepticism is healthy, and warranted though.

In good news, Snipperclips will apparently be a launch title and only be $20 to boot.  That game looked adorably fun.

It was too expensive and underpowered and didn't have games. This is the same reason I won't be getting the Switch.

 

As for the previous comment about hurting the Switch which was said in a fair and honest sarcastic tone. Nintendo won't need Wii U owners to hurt the Switch. Nintendo won't need anybody to do that because Nintendo's more than capable enough of hurting the Switch all on their own just like they do with most of their consoles. lol

 

Either way, at least I can bet the price of the Wii U shouldn't be too bad in the near future.

I plan on buying both versions cause I apparently hate money that much. Interestingly, the Wii U is becoming pretty expensive since it will be considered rare before too long.

I wouldn't be surprised if it did or didn't to be honest. A good number of people wanting Zelda would probably be the same people who got a Wii U for Hyrule Warrors and Smash Wii U.

I'm just glad it seems to be coming out on both systems on the same day which was a surprise to me, honestly, given Nintendo's track record with multi-console Zelda releases and a very nice surprise at that lol.

If you get one for your son, that's neat cause the Switch will be his first Nintendo system, and he'll like certain games, and the nostalgia cycle starts all over again. I still remember my dad taking me to get a n64, and it was hype.

Technically that's starts with the 3ds for him. He really loves Mario Kart 7, and he also likes Minecraft on the computer. 

 

Anyways, back on topic, I'll continue to critcize Nintendo's choices because I do feel it's necessary (when the criticism is fair and honest). I hate to share another Blackbond video, especially one that's almost 3 years old. But ya, in this video he discusses an article by Emily Rogers called "A Dolphin's Tale: The Story of Gamecube". I share this to remind people why Nintendo doesn't play well with others and why they seem to always lack 3rd party support and just generally overall just out of touch with gaming in general. It is my belief through reasons in this video, and how they like to play by the beat of their own drum is why Nintendo will NEVER get the same 3rd party support as Sony.

 

But that's fine if you're not into those kind of games I guess.

Also, cool interview. And yeah, Reggie is huge. I agree with that Arlo video and am actually convinced he's Donkey Kong in a human suit. His hand is size of that interviewer's head!

And.. C'mon Nintendo, I'd hardly call that tiny thing a 'cartridge'.
