Devil Survivor 2 The Animation is complete disaster of an anime! It feels so overly rushed compared to the actual game and they completely messed up with the plot. For those who are afraid that watching this anime will spoil the game, I can safely say that the original game's story is WAY different than this piece of crap! Nowhere near as good as Persona 4 The Animation.
I'm about to watch Cowboy Bebop. I'm hearing several great things about this show. I hope it's good. ![]()

A new anime just came out, based on my new favorite manga ever: Assassination Classroom! (Or "Ansatsu Kyoushitsu", technically, since it's subbed) I watched the first episode a couple days ago, and I think it might actually be better than the manga since you can get a much better feel for Koro-Sensei's speed and power in motion. It looks like it's going to go at the rate of 1 chapter = 1 episode, but since I've heard that they only plan on 22 episodes, they're going to end up cutting out an awful lot unless they get an extension.

Well after some anime watching I now conclude that Sword Art Online is...
*Drum Roll*
Absolute shit!
I mean wow, is this the show that got so much hype and is supposedly one of the greatest anime ever!? Even SAO 2 is bad, but is still better than the original SAO.
On the other hand, Log Horizon has been amazing so far, and I really do mean amazing.
So right now I am watching Log Horizon 2 and this weird but cool basketball anime called Kuroko's Basketball.

I started watching Deadman Wonderland. This is weird.
I'm also upset that they made it a shit one season, left out key points and made it flop.

I started watching Noragami on Netflix at a friends house and continued watching it alone. It's pretty decent, I want to watch Attack on Titan, and finish Kill a Kill

Anthus you need to stop losing your way and get back to Kill la Kill. ![]()
As for me I haven't been watching anything other than currently-airing anime. And right now that's limited to Log Horizon. Which is kinda dragging its feet... The last few episodes haven't progressed the plot very much. They're good interactions, but after all the stuff happening early on, I feel almost bored by what's happening now. ![]()
I also want to watch Parasyte, but I haven't started yet. ![]()

I've been watching Assassination Classroom, Parasyte, and Log Horizon this season.
Assassination Classroom is interesting, but I can't entirely describe why. I've never read the manga, but the overall premise got me to watch the first episode and I've kept watching. Despite the overhanging premise, it's a pretty optimistic anime so far... somehow? I just can't really describe it that well, but I like it.
Parasyte is awesome. It's probably the thing I look forward to watching the most out of the 3 series I'm keeping up with this season. LTM had tried to get me into watching it a few times, but I was hesitant because it seemed kinda weird (even for me) and I had other stuff on my plate last season. I ended up binge watching it up to the current episode (at the time) over Christmas break and I realized that I was stupid for putting it off. It's pretty great in my opinion and I've been keeping up with it since. Also those sick beats in the soundtrack are pretty nice. ![]()
And then there's Log Horizon. I really loved season 1 and I also loved most of the season 2 stuff that happened before Christmas. But since the Valentine's (in-universe, not the actual air date) episode, things have been dragging and they have been dangling so many plot threads. There's still interesting character development happening, but the numerous plot threads being teased then shifted into the background are getting really annoying. It's so frustrating and I really hope they get back into the swing of things like the earlier part of the season was doing. ![]()
I've been thinking of watching Hunter x Hunter, but I may wait until I have more time on my hands.

TS is right, I need to come correct and finish Kill la Kill, especially cause I was close to the end, and it was starting to get good (Ep. 16-17).
I find myself watching short anime series. I usually won't get into stuff if it is longer than 2 seasons, unless I've seen it from the beginning, or if it is just really compelling to watch. I like watching shorter series cause I like closure, and some longer anime have episodes, seasons, even of filler lol.
I watched the first two episodes of Sword Art Online just to see what all the hype is about. It's too early to form an opinion, but it seems neat so far. One thing I will note though, is that the plot seems kinda.. I dunno how to explain it, but it seems kind of goofy. Like, it's not really logical in some ways, and not in an "anime magic" kind of way, but in a might-have-been-an-oversight kind of way.

I don't typically watch anime, but I've recently become interested in Naruto since several of my friends are fans of it. I've watched about 50 episodes in the past week, but I've done some math and found out that even if I watched every episode back-to-back without breaks, it would take a little less than two weeks to watch the entire series. To be completely honest, I doubt I'll ever be able to get fully caught up on the series, which is why I don't typically watch anime.
The manga has recently ended, and the anime series actually goes faster than the manga was released (there was a point where it caught up and they had to do a few filler episodes until they could get new content) so the series will soon be over and you'll not have to worry about catching up as you'll be able to watch it to the end ![]()

Overall, most series don't go on indefinitely like that. I'd say that at least for every 10-15 anime series that have somewhere between the ball park of 10-50 episodes, there's maybe 1 that has 100+. Really, most series are either 12/13 or 24/26 episodes.
