Triple battles just seem silly to me.

Can we please; PLEASE get a Pokemon Tactics game? It'd be incredible.

This isn't Final Fantasy and Square-Enix Lemon, it's Pokémon and Game Freak . Next thing you know, someone's gonna ask for an ATB Gauge or Realtime (Stadium).

Regardless, the vast amount of characters, the RPG system, the attacks; they all yield themselves to making a very good tactics game.

I showed some friends the newer pokemon and they began singing the theme song from Digimon.

Personally, I don't understand why they over design these guys now: the first 250 were simple. If you take the starters, remove all the fancy **** (the seashell, make them one/two colors) they really would look a lot better. I don't know why the new artists don't bother to research or tap Ken's original design style, but it's really starting to show they don't, and it's really starting to make them look painful.

Speaking of Ken Sugimori, here are extra pieces of art he drew of all the original pokemon preforming various attacks. I'd never seen these before, and holy crap, they are amazing. THIS is why the original are the best. Just sayin'.

So far, these new ones just seem kind of meh. The gold one did get a little more interesting when I realized that thing on his neck is probably supposed to be an axe.

I can't wait to hear some of the music from this! Platinum had awesome music, and I'm sure they are going to start this generation out with a bang . I wonder how cheery Route 301's music is gonna sound.

A haul of CoroCoro information has been posted on Serebii! It seems we may have 3 rivals this time around. Also, the mystery guy's name is N...why does that remind me of N. Cortex from Crash Bandicoot? That new rodent Pokémon looks like it can kick ***! I wonder what it's evolution will look like. On a side note, it took them long enough to do a chipmunk Pokémon.

Three...? I know the childhood friends, but uhhh...Where's the third one? If you're talking about Makamo, I read that she was a friend of the professor, not another rival. Sort of like the Prof. Oak's Aid, I think.

That Wooguru Pokemon beats the hell of Staraptor for me. It looks badass. BTW, i can't wait until we see some gameplay videos of those shots in motion.

The N character seems like an anti-hero kind of guy. I'm thinking that either he'll end up as the rival, or he'll just be story related and the two childhood friends will be rivals.
