Not exactly a "game achievement," but some of you who play(ed) StarCraft 1 will appreciate this. I was looking through some screenshots that I recently converted from .PCX to .PNG when I found a series of shots from "Terran 5: Desperate Alliance," and one of them showed something extremely interesting. During the massive Zerg rush near the end of the mission, I positioned an SCV next to every bunker I had. After the bunker was destroyed, the SCV did something very un-SCVlike. Most SCV's run away when attacked, this SCV did the opposite. Without even being provoked (the SCV must have been pissed off that day or something) he attacked a Zerg and killed it. I'm very proud to say that at one time I had an angry SCV that got a kill.

Achieved L100 and mastery of all abilities on Dissidea for all the crystal bearers. Now I'm going to tackle the chaos forces.

Oh hey I didn't see this thread before.

I guess some of the recent achievements I have made would be 106%ing Super Meat boy as well as earning half of the No Death Achievements.

Just beat Professor Layton and the Unwound Future 100% without any help from the internet, guide, the in-game hints, or other people who've played the game. I think I'm missing some hint coins, but not many. Maybe, like, 11. I don't even know exactly how many there are. icon_heh.gif

But, yeah, that's including all story (and hidden) puzzles, those dumb bird deliveries, toy car tracks, and picture books, weekly puzzles, and Challenge puzzles! Phew, that last puzzle took me over 1200 moves (although, I'm sure the fewest amount of moves is far less).

That's easily my favourite Layton game so far. Nice work going through it like that; I had to get plenty of in-game help at points. XD

Currently working on beating Story of Eastern Wind's extra stage. (It's a remake of Touhou 2 using more modern characters..) I've come sort of close, but yet to actually pull it off yet.

Just figured out that in Dissidea, you can level grind super quick just by fighting Chaos over and over. Pshh, and I'd been challenging ExDeath all this time. I think the real accomplishment here is not noticing that I could challenge chaos to boost my level.

THAT SAID, just finished L100ing all my characters, and imported their stats into 012. Dawn of a new day, man!

Dissidia 012 is great! Even better than the first one.

Although they made gil much harder to come by this time around and trade items can be crazy expensive.

As for an achievement, I finally got a Lich in Tactics Ogre: Let Us Cling Together for PSP. icon_smile.gif

In Beautiful Katamari my biggest Katamari is now 1,517,828km 719m 69cm 6mm, which netted me the Astronomic Katamari achievement (Roll a Katamari of at least 1,500,000km) Would you believe the King only gave me a score of 100 for it? (You can get a max of 120) O_o

Currently working on scoring at least 100 on all levels. 13 levels left. Lucky for me, almost all of them are the smaller levels. :3

So, this isn't really an achievement, but it still relates to general gaming and accomplishments. I bought a PS3. Yay.

Which means I'll be able to get many more achievements in the future. (ba-dum-tshh!)

...

Yeaaaah, that wasn't funny at all. icon_unsettled.gif

Yeah, especially given that the PS3 uses Trophies. icon_razz.gif

Also, I just realized the irony in that the first game I bought for it was 3D Dot Game Heroes. Which, for the uninformed, is a homage/parody of the Zelda series. So even when jumping to a new system, I still choose the Nintendo style game.

Finished Gitaroo man Lives! yesterday. The third last level...I will never forget that level...I felt so accomplished beating that song. XD Now to tackle the master levels.

Update: Master levels are a living hell. I only barely beat the second level. DX
