I forgot about that to be honest. Also, I did voluntarily leave the group because I was in a call and I couldn't focus with all the Skype chat sounds. So yeah, I didn't get offended or anything. I'm so used to really outlandish ways.

You can toggle all of Skype's sounds in Skype audio settings. There's even a Mute All Sounds option. You can also toggle whether or not a group sends you messages by doing what Rambly said. I don't know if it turns off message notifications for that conversation when you're online too, but I have a feeling it probably does. And if you're worried about Skype's incoming call window interfering with a recording or something, you can always set yourself to Do Not Disturb.

There are (It's a pretty active group.)  But you can disable them in Skype's options menu.

Yeah, it's a bit too crazy for me at this time as well. That and my last couple days haven't been the best. Won't get into it, but I will say it has nothing to do with anyone in it. Just too hectic for me at this time.

I go by Bubzilla, username notmarkdiscordia. I'll be glad to hop in though understand I may stick to text at first. There are odds and ends with some of my equipment which may cause problems if I go full audio.

Well, there's no Skype cals that happen that much, so sticking to Text is kinda the only thing to do. XD

 

EDIT: I would add you to Skype, but I;m using a computer that doesn't have Skype.
