Lost Hills? Good deal, once I get the flippers, I'll backtrack and nab that third medallion.
EDIT: yeah, I noticed that too, Chaos. The rock in the upper left part of the circle is supposed to reveal a staircase. The Lens says so.

Go all the way south to the Kakariko Outskirts, and then head west over the bridge. Continueing west, you will enter the Lost Woods. You can cross the southern section of it and buy some information about how to get through. Once across the Lost Woods, head north into the Ancient Graveyard. The dungeon in here will lead you to the magic wand.
i took that directly from the site.

Getting inside the secret grave is alittle tricky... nothing you can't figure out. There's a heart piece somewhere in the graveyard too.
Completed the game! 28 hours 39 deaths.
Never did find the master sword, but I didn't need it.
Did find the magic key... needed it!
Did find the blue medallion... needed it!
wow, who knew the gold arrow was that powerful?
I ended up one heart piece short of 24 hearts.

Well, I've completed the quest so that should tell you something.
I sometimes got stuck at dungeon entrances but nothing a quick "quit n continue" couldn't work around.
It's good.

heh, that was a painful process of screenshots. what i did was i made a copy of the quest and changed all the dungeons into overworld, that way i could use the space key to see a map. after going on every screen i took screenshots at .5x (in zc, not the printscreen key), and carefully pieced the screenshots together to make the complete maps of each level. then i added all of the items, which i used similar screenshots to collect onto another bmp. finally i added the doors, which i just kind of made up as i went along. i still have bmps of each stage in the development, which i kept in case something was wrong (and sure enough there was). i kept them in bmp format because that doesnt blur the pixels together. once i had the complete map done, i saved a copy as a jpg. for the overworld maps, i did the exact same thing except at .25x. yes this did take forever to do.
You really did that? You can simply open up your quest in of the recent betas and go to Etc-View Map there choose full quality and save bitmap. You'll view the map of the area where you did this in. Try it out, it's much more easy than putting screenshots together. It's also recommended to set the Snapshot format to PNG, it's a good quality format and has a little filesize.
Then, the quest itself. I liked it pretty much, some of the screendesign is monotone, but the overworld map idea is fantastic. Very original quest, there have been put a lot of creativity in this.
Good job!

(((get stuck at the entrances of dungeons))
even at level 1, if I die inside the castle when I push continue, get stocked in the door
then pushing quit (F5) and continuous don't solve the problem
will try to go out and come back several times before get killed, it may work
On the prior thread about this issue none one came out with any solve for this bug!

im impressed that u were able to get the letter that early.
and finally, i have never seen the bug get that bad. for me it has always just happened when i first load the save game and im at the entrance of a dungeon. dying and continuing has never caused a problem for me. but it looks like nobody has any ideas on how to fix it so i dont know what to say. well, there is one thing, are you using one of the betas to play the quest?

EDIT: The fire boomerang doesn't leave trail. This looks strange.
