Whatever this is, I'm sorry that it's happened, but I'm glad that things are being worked out. Zoria has always seemed to me less someone that one interacts with and more someone that one acts for. It never occurred to me what it might be like working on something with him at the top.
I think the most important question would be whether the council wants to let ZC remain what it is and continue to tweak it, or whether they want to make something else out of it. ZC is basically DOS software held together with duct tape and coagulated fanboy sweat, forced to work (more or less) on modern operating systems by what I can only assume to be black magic.
Barring a complete removal of Nintendo IP and direct references thereto, along with a program rewrite and a complete severing of ties with the program's infringement-laden and infringement-dependent roots, I would strongly advise against Steam. Even if Nintendo references are removed from the program itself, it would still lead people back to our databases of IP infringement galore. I like that we have avoided a C&D letter for two decades and see little reason to court one.
