What do I do here?

But the putting the medallions on the alter still doesn't work. You can't walk down any farther then where I'm standing. And as you can see there are the 2 words 'Test'. I'm using the last update in Post #414.

That is odd I can walk around to the bottom but can't go up the stairs

I'll be able to provide a map of the area after I get home. About to leave to take my last final. Term paper is done. Gonna get lunch, then FIX UP SOMMADEM BUGS. HELL yeh.
But seriously guys, think about letting us all upgrade to 2.5 for DoY. It'll smoothen out so many issues.

I say if 2.5 will smoothen out so many issues you should do it!

I went and tried it again and I can't get to the stairs I'm stopped where I'm standing in the picture. I saved my game before going to the alter. I don't think that had anything to do with it. But then again!

That's the problem Shadow and I have been talking about....just have to wait for the fix later today
As far as 2.5...we have completed about 90% of the quest so far; if the save isn't compatible, then that's a no-brainer..just finish in this build

Oh, I can test that out very easily on my own tonight. No worries. I mean, we can always make a backup of our save files just in case. Hell, we should all do that now anyway. Go to your ZC Folder, find the .sav file (I think) and make a copy of it. Leave it in the same folder. Easy enough.

I do that all the time. I have save files from a lot of different quests. At different levels of play.

I don't think it is possible to take a 183 .sav file and put it in a 2.5 player folder. The save file for 183 is 200 KB in size and the file name is 'zelda.sav'. The save file a 2.5 RC1 player is 3.76 MB in file size and the file name is 'zc.sav'.

You can rename the 'zelda.sav' file to 'zc.sav' but the file size is different. When you open lets say using 2.5 RC1 after renaming it. A box comes up with
"It may be in use by another instance of ZC. Create a new file from scratch? Warning: Doing so will erase any previous saved games! OK and Cancel"

But do try and do it. Maybe you know something to do to make it work I know nothing about.

One screen up from this is a cave...go in and go up one room, bomb left, but can't go thru the bomb hole

I noticed you guys/gals do not have the ice boomerang...very handy...stops a lot of things in their tracks...in the Ruins..also the gold arrow is a very nifty weapon from the Ruins...need any assistance?
