Where did you find this out? Are these part of paid DLC? Or an update?

I beat the Legend Mode, with quite a lot of Adventure Mode to go. Verdict so far? It's mindless, repetitive, but a good diversion. There's not as much level or mission variety as I would have liked, but at least each fighter has their own unique combos and abilities that makes it fun to explore and discover what they can do. The story was alright, there were parts I felt could've been done better but otherwise it was decent, nothing special. Zelda-like? Hard to say, but maybe the gameplay difference makes it feel different. The music is freakin' phenomenal though, holy shit. I don't think much of it would fit in an actual Zelda game without some tweaks, since it definitely fits the pumping action of the battleground, whereas Zelda games don't really get that action-oriented. Either way, it's a solid game, one I enjoyed.

So I just got the game today. My thoughts on it so far? Definitely a good entry in a Warriors Franchise. There's a little less, than I was hoping for, but knowing Tecmo Koei, there will be a sequel.
Now then, my opinion on this compared to other Warriors games so far? Definitely a nice change of pace. In terms of speed, it's slower than say, Dynasty Warriors 8, but faster than Samurai Warriors 3, both really good entries in the franchise. Now then, do I think this is a rehash Warriors entry? I'm just going to have to go with a resounding "Fuck no." There's enough differences in the formula to warrant this game being a standalone title in the series, just like how Samurai Warriors 3 and Dynasty Warriors 8 were quite different from eachother.

I also got the game today! Frickishly awesome so far I should say!
Went all the way to Stage 4 in 3 hours. I love the music so far, I love the graphics and man, Adventure Mode is pretty awesome as well!
(Too bad I had to play this with my Wiimote today, I had to charge my Gamepad today

So I just completed Legend Mode, and am gonna go back to comparing this to Samurai Warriors 3 (SW3) and Dynasty Warriors 8 (DW8).
Difficulty: This game is definitely harder than DW8. For me, the difficulty scale, from easiest to hardest, seems to be DW8 --> HW --> SW3.
Story: In terms of story content, HW has the shortest story out of the 3. DW8 has the second longest story, meanwhile, SW3 has an individual 5 stage storyline for almost every character, giving it the longest story out of the 3 games. Although, I think HW has the best story, and DW8 has split paths becoming a thing.
Gameplay: This is a big one. You could very easily just say that the games play similarly, and call it a day, but I'm taking this one step further, and analyzing the main differences between the 3. I'm going to go ahead and put this in a tab, since this little list is pretty long:
Overall, I think SW3 wins in terms of gameplay.
Music: Literally a tie, there's no reason to get into detail about this, I love the music.
Characters and Weapons: DW8 had individual weapons for each characters, which sounds like a bad thing, until you consider you can give each character the weapons of everyone else. However, you can only use the individual special attacks of the character, plus is has the largest cast of the 3. SW3 has the character, and those characters have their weapons, you can't change their weapon type or anything, although, there are quite a bit of characters. HW has the smallest cast, though understandably so, it's the first game in the series (I'm expecting sequels, Koei.). Plus, not to mention, some characters have more than one weapon entirely. HW probably wins this time around, for me.
DLC and Online Play: SW3 has no DLC whatsoever, and I can't really judge its online play, since Nintendo discontinued the Wii's online server for games way back in May. DW8's DLC is meh. There's a few DLC costumes, some weapons, and an incredibly generic set of new missions. Online play, on the other hand, is in full blast. There's online play for every single mode in the game. HW just has Miiverse for online play, however, the upcoming DLC more than makes up for it. More maps, more STORY scenarios (Take a hint, DW8.), more weapons, and hell, even going as far as having more characters. (And maybe even a new mode.) HW wins this category soley because of the DLC that we're going to get.
Content: DW8 has the least of this. There's 3 main modes: Story Mode, Free Mode, and DW8's exclusive mode, Ambition Mode. Story Mode and Free Mode are in just about every Warriors game, so all we have to look at is Ambition Mode, which is mediocre. Excluding Story and Free Mode, SW3 has Historical Mode, Murasame a Castle Mode, and to top it all off, a character creator. Historical Mode lets you play through exclusive battles as your custom characters, and it's actually pretty fun. Murasame Castle mode is a mode with a Mario style map, to layout each stage, and is a cameo mode for the game "Mysterious Murasame Castle", Takamaru even makes a cameo in it, as a playable character. (Takamaru for Smash 5, anyone? :3) HW has the super expansive Adventure Mode, it has Challenge mode, and just about any mode that ends up coming into existence as potential DLC, which is possible considering Challenge Mode was patched in by the creators. HW wins, since there's so much more to do than SW3, despite it having more modes, and DW8? Pfft.
Overall: I love all 3 games, I really do. DW8 however, is the worst of the 3. Meanwhile, I think SW3 is the best out of the 3, and HW is in the middle. Though, honestly, it's very close to beating SW3. Perhaps when the DLC comes out, it will. :3

Just got Hyrule warriors, and I think it's awesome! So much action, so much exploration (There is still hidden stuff, you have something like a piece of heart and a heart container to find in each story mission), and ITSSOLONGWHYDIDYOUNOTGIVEMETHISBEFOREGODTHISISAWESOME!!!!!!!! The upcoming DLC adds a SECOND storyline (Yes, the EVIL story), 3 new Adventure maps around the same size as the current one (Which is literally about 180 hours... That long), 3 new characters with their own weapons, new costumes (Including a Dark Link Costume), and possibly one more mode. This would mean the game could have over 700+ hours of gameplay.

So who else here thinks Impa is a blast to play as with either the Giant Blade, or the Naginata?
I'm not even sure which one I like better. ;~;

To be honest, I think both are terrible. I myself am a Magic rod fan, but I can settle with the sword.

I find myself either using the Magic Rod or the Gauntlets(Power Glove).

So 2 things I've noticed instantly about Volga:
-His XXXXY is OP, and can take out an entire base in 1-2 fell swoops.
-His XY combo can be infinitely repeated, making missions far easier than they should be.
In other words, when the Hyrule Warriors Tier list comes out, Volga is going to be relatively high due to this.
