I think that was Gold/Silver that introduced that. I remember being incredibly fond of that feature.

Since you can migrate Pokemon from the VC rereleases of Red/Blue/Yellow, how will migrating Missingno be handled?

Have been working on a genocide run on Undertale. Also have been trying to finally get into Alien Isolation.

Completed Legend Mode on Hyrule Warriors and I'm now just trying to get through as much of Adventure Mode as I can. So far, it's going quite well, but it can be kinda challenging sometimes, especially when fighting The Imprisoned as Fi for one of those enemy gauntlet challenges (tried 3 times but kept dying at the dumbest parts lol). Gonna try to get A ranks on every screen in Adventure Mode, but that's gonna take some time :P

I had been working on Oblivion but that sorta fell by the wayside. Part of it has to do with NaNoWriMo, but it's also possible I just got bored with the game. I was using mods, yes, and that can be fun, especially the lightsaber I have... but I dunno. World and "dungeon" design is kind of repetitive and boring. The quests are fun, whenever I run across those. The main quest seems interesting enough. I guess I'm just not all that fond of the gameplay system itself. Makes me appreciate Zelda even more, even the more linear ones, because that is some smooth gameplay. Not perfect; in fact, there are some cues it could take from Elder Scrolls, but it seems Breath of the Wild's taking those steps. But Oblivion can still be fun now and then.

Also I still had those NES games I borrowed from my brother and haven't played yet. One of those was Contra, so I stuck it in and gave it a run. Felt therapeutic to be honest, and I also did pretty well for not having played it in a while. Damn, I love that game.

I'll probably return it and Zelda 1 (which I beat a while ago) to him tomorrow, and keep TMNT and Wizards & Warriors to give those a shot. Played TMNT as a kid, just want to try it again and see how well I do before ragequitting. Never played Wizards & Warriors, but I feel like it's worth a shot. It's a Rare game for NES that LJN didn't produce, why shouldn't I try it out?

Wizards & Warriors 1 is probably the best game in the trilogy in terms of difficulty and gameplay complexity, 2nd is hard, 3rd is simplistic compared to its predecessors but has the best story cutscene if you idle at the title screen and has a neat moment with the final boss of the game, it is also the most relaxing of the 3 if you just want a enjoyable experience that doesn't require much thought. The 3rd game has the best music in terms of overall music.

For Oblivion, you really, really should give the The Shivering Isles expansion pack a shot.

Pokemon Moon is so good.  I just got the 3rd Z-Move item, and my team is Dartrix, Magnamite, Crabrawler, Kadabra (which won't learn an attack move until level 22, Psybeam), Grimer, and Mudbrae.  I'm loving this game, and I'll probably beat it by the time it's actually out.  If anyone's got any questions about this game, hit me up, and I'll answer via spoiler tags.

Coming in on 80 hours in TPHD. I went back to collect all the stamps, and decided to finish the fish journal for a true 100% run. I've got everything else. I might play my hero mode file after.

Decided I wanted to try Megaman X again. Apparently I haven't played it in two years. To be honest I don't know if I've ever beaten it legitimately, but regardless, I did this time. I like it a little more than before, but I still can't find the same joy in it I found in the classic games. That said, it's still really, really good, and feels great to play. There's some annoyances, but I'd play it again.

I got stuck :/ I got everything except the red Cane of Somaria, Mirror Shield and Red Armour and without that Cane I can't enter the 7th dungeon! No clue where the Cane is either.

Edit: Figured out how to look up item locations and found the item! This game needs treasure chest indicators for dungeons (The Gameboy game has such indicators!) because I missed ONE chest in the entire first 6 dungeons.

The Zelda: Link to the Past randomizer is under pretty heavy development at the moment. While it is in a stable state right now they are working on getting a crap tone more stuff in the game randomized with their goal to have 2 or 3 more big updates hopefully before the next Amazing Games Done Quick event.
