Those peahats are invading your passive.
Tall grass looks better then ever.
I wish they'd make it so flying enemies would be able to access the subscreen, although, it does make good for da lulz xD
And thanks! Mission success!

Here is the treetop! Good luck ripping it.
Use the other rocks, hay bale etc if you like. They gotta fit somewhere in your quest!

Thanks! I couldn't find the topic you were talking about. (Possibly because I didn't look for very long
Edit: I checked, and yes, the tiles I'm using for the tree tops, are the exact same tiles you gave me... strange

in a lot of places, and it looks awkward. The path meets grass should transition a little better; it kinda looks like the grass edges were just overlaid over a standard path tile, which is fine, but then you need to edit it to make it transition nicely, and not so abruptly. But other than these points, you're off to a good start.

Is there any path tiles you would recommend to replace the BS ones ? Even the BS borders are slowly fitting into the set less and less as it progresses sadly I want to replace them.

Thanks koh ! I'll be sure to fix those, I know you do have a lot of experience in this area, I still remember playing that Zelda online game years ago as a GM with you !

I'm not sure, but since it looks mostly Minish-Cap ish, try using those path tiles. And notice, when you see them, how thee ground transitions smoothly to them, to make them look like they are actually part of the environment =).

The bottom left corner needs ot be fixed up a bit; it's too boxy. But otherwise, it's not bad. Except maybe the path tiles; the texture looks more like a cave floor, and I can also tell you flipped some of the tiles, because the path is doing a diamond-like pattern like this

How did you write up all this and not notice the green horse?

Do you mean Epona is currently using a dmap cset? If so, you should consider changing that and using a designated sprite palette. There'll be less room for bugs, it won't look awkward when you change overworld areas with her, and its just proper form.
...and if that's not what you mean, disregard the above.

Working on putting scripts into my WIP tileset/ quest finally got Epona working ! Anyway, thoughts on the screen ?

This is amazing. The road's tiles look strange though. I can't tell if they're dirt or some sort of stone. And as Koh said, they're flipped.
Aside from Epona being green (Which you know), it looks amazing!

Thanks Jared ! I'll make her brown, add the Mc paths and put a new screen up for a follow up see how that looks
