I saw that earlier. I was literally tearing up.

That artwork, that trailer, both are just so great. Admittedly I'm a bit disappointed by the name of the other kingdom, it just seems kinda lazy (and also don't we have a quest that takes place in a similarly-named area?), but still, all these teases and concepts, argh, I want this game man, I want it.

I don't know, the characters look really goofy, especially gaynondorf. xD
But other than that, this is really promising. Looking forward to the game!

Who said that was Ganondorf? I mean, it could be his other world counterpart, or just a servant, or puppet ala Agahnim, but it's not necessarily Ganondorf himself. I hope it isn't anyway... And not because I don't like Ganon, because the last thing I want to see Ganondorf reduced to is... well, that.

Yeah, Link's face seemed off at times, I think it's the eyes... His starting sword also looks kind of weird at times, the way it really broadens toward the tip.
Either way, I really like how it's turning out. And I actually really like how our androgynous villain looks, looks like a cross between Ghirahim and Twinrova. Or villains, depending on Hilda's ulterior motives.

Another thought: The pendants have the goddess' symbols on them now. Does this make them the exact same objects as the Goddess Pearls from Wind Waker now? Because that'd be neat.

Is the villain really that bad? I'm intrigued. It may be because I like wizard-type villains, and he definitely fits the bill. His powers also lend themselves to some interesting boss battles ... Chasing him through the walls, bombing portions of wall to try to damage him ... I like it. I also like most of the character designs, and the more I see of that Link, the more I like him.

I apologize for the negativity, but I really have to say something regarding a certain epithet used above ... Effeminate male doesn't equal gay. Gay does not equal funny. Gay does not equal bad. I'm not in the habit of correcting every irresponsible use of the word from every moron on the internet, but I truly thought you knew better.

Huh? Well I never said he was bad, just that I think it's totally not fit to be Ganondorf. ![]()

Sorry, TS, my vagueness always gets me into trouble. Edited the post to make it more clear.
I also thought "Lorule" sounded a little goofy ... But I'm sure I'll get used to it. Everything about the trailer looks awesome, and I'm dying to get the game now. I do worry they're revealing a bit too much, though ...

That trailer was amazing. November can't come soon enough.
Lorule though....that made me laugh.

@Aevin: I know that, I just said that to refer to how weird Ganondorf (at least i think so) looks now and I knew people would get what I mean. But perhaps it really is just his Lorule counterpart :O

Soo~, towards the end of the trailer, Hilda mentions that "your Link is superb", referring to Hyrule's Link. So, this pretty much confirms that Lorule has its own Link, right?

I just took it as "Your hero, Link, is superb." But I wonder whether she's referring to the old Link who already saved Hyrule. Maybe she'll be surprised and disappointed at getting a relatively "green" hero instead.
