Fully functional Kraid Battle!! Indestructable "Nails" that don't count as beatable enemies and mostly serve to make shooting him in the mouth more difficult. more and more accumulate during the fight.

I only was able to edit some tiles before I had to get off my computer.

If you spend more time in the forums, here, than you spend on making your quest, is that a bad thing??

I mostly finished the first half of IMaQWICHBS's bonus boss...and goofed it up horribly at a point. What am I talking about?

This.

The movement is identical to that of Saffith's Lich boss, mostly as reference since I intend to do a more uniform pattern.

Also, I guess you can say it's a sneak peek at the bonus dungeon. :3

Today I finally got all the data and enemies finished for Dawn to Twilight - Final Mix. Now I can finally get to the nitty-gritty...the screens!

I completed my custom Tingle tiles, so that when his balloon bursts, he falls and then runs north into his cave. (He ran 'cause he got startled; few travelers come to the area he's at.)

I still have to finish the animation combos and the animation for his shadow.

I accomplished frustration today (with version 2.10, that is). Since combos on layers other than 0 do not obey the "Next" combo setting and just loop, all my animation tiles for Tingle are not going to work. I had to settle with making Tingle do a cheap disappearing act.

Oh well. I'm keeping them on the tileset awaiting the day I finish this quest and then remake it in 2.5.

Today I put together the entirety of Level 3 of You Only Live Once (that's the name of my mini project, as innacurate as it is) and released a (kindasorta) demo to celebrate.

Today I implemented shutters on all of my boss rooms, fixed a slash animation error, created a new door animation, figured out how to turn the "Triforce hold" scene into a "placing the crystal" scene, and edited a new Link tile to serve that purpose. icon_smile.gif

I also continued expanding the Great Palace, but that's nothing new (seeing how it's so big), so maybe I'll get some screenshots out instead. Those would be more interesting.

I moved the Item Pickup 2 SFX (25) to another slot, and reassigned it to all the items
so that I could remove the "SPROING" SFX from the start of my message strings.

I also reorganized the default subscreen. icon_thumbsup.gif

I finished building my quest and testing it. There's still some errors that I might have missed but all in all it's probably 98% stable. I still need to work on some issues with the final boss room but I'll probably get that cleared up soon enough.

I also went back and decided to redesign the exterior to Ganon's Tower. I just didn't like how it looked. I decided to borrow ideas from the Tower of Bab-il in FF4 and make my own design. It's still a work in progress but below is what I've come up with so far. Hope you people like
