Blue: An egotistical Maniac.
Silver: A ruthless sucker for power.
May/Brendan: Adventureous.
Barry: Impatient.

Nah, I would describe May/Brendan more as curious or confident.

Anyway, I don't really pay attention the rival's personality much. But perhaps we'll have a care-free rival or a pokemon loving rival.
