Yeah, I'm not sure what that is either. There are no connecting boss flags or triggers or room secrets or anything when you get it, either. I'll keep investigating.

Here is a bug. It is a screen to the right of the entrance to the Mirrors.

When you try to get the heart you go to a light blue screen with 4 bats.

I'm in the Mirrors now. When I finish I'll try and see what is in that chest.

Ah, thanks. Fixed that one too, now. I don't think we were supposed to warp there. Those bricks were pit combos, rather than regular floor, but there was no warp coordinates. So I removed them.

I also fixed a bug that I saw where one chest (Which contained normal bombs) didn't have a room type, so it wouldn't have been a chest. Alrighty.


I just remembered what those floating medallion things (That are actually magic shields from ALTTP on the SNES.) are. There are two of them. One (In the northeast) you get after defeating the Vine area in the castle, and the other you get after defeating the frog boss thing in the southwest.

Still don't know what they do though. I think they unlock the Master Sword Pedestal place, also in the Twilight area.

There is a room in twilight gardens where the medallions are explained (that Shadow is a genius )

Heh. Nah, it's just common sense, to a degree. If you can't trigger any warps before you get the medallions, but you can, after you get them both, ... well, there you go.


Oh, whoever hasn't been to the area the pedestal leads to, ... you're in for one hell of a treat.

You'll love it. If there's anywhere you haven't been before, or any HCPs you haven't picked up, GET THEM.

Luckily, there's no reason to go to the right. There's literally nothing on that screen. It's just a big bunch of water walled in. No enemies, items, warps, traps, .. nothing.

You did download the latest version, right? I could've sworn I'd fixed that, regardless.


EDIT: Yes, it did have a scroll warp leading to it in my version, but again, there was nothing there, so I turned it into a solitary un-enterable warp room that warps back to the room in the above screenshot, just in case something drops you down into that room from above.

Case closed, on that one.

"Vines" makes me want o cry....

I hate to ask if we can somehow turn these vines "off", but I know I will have good company shortly...some of these rooms are just sadistic....

Click on the link you sent. Hover your cursor over the picture you uploaded. Three text boxes should pop up a little under it. Click on the one that says [img] and it'll automatically copy the link to your PC's clipboard. Then do a Ctrl-V right here in the post box when making a new post, and it'll paste the Image URL code so you can post the picture.


But yeah, I made that room easier, and took out a few monsters here and there in the upper Vine level.

It is the conveyor belts that make each room torturous...almost impossible to negotiate one's way across..

Agreed. Although, to be fair, if Z3 movement were enabled, it'd be much easier, though that kinda breaks swimming in 2.5 >.>'
