Really need help with previous question.(post 363)stuck at couple rooms described there....been stagnant for two days....the room with 7 pots on the left side REALLY has me going...I think there are 3 places where I need the flaming arrows and another 2 where I need Din's Fire...I am at a standstill

If you desire, send me a PM...really have liked this journey, would be nice to finish it like I have your other opi (opuses, all that Latin in me coming out! icon_lol.gif

Schoochie, that had absolutely nothing to do with the topic.
Let's keep it a help thread and stay on topic.

C''om peoples be nice...!
Be a little more clear.. I confess to be brain shorted and dammed -

rocksfan13 -- I never had any chance to get those arrows,, nor today and never in the past!
so I think may have any bug which prevent me from finding the arrows
---- I can get the bow easy -
but is no possible after been around all rooms and walking trough walls - never found arrows
I downloaded this quest yesterday and replaced the one I had -----
I want make sure I'm doing everything right - now I've completed level -2
hope when I make to level 6 - If I run into the same problems (no arrows)
You will give a good help even with pictures, so I can pass this spot once and for all
(((crossed fingers for luck))

In level 6. You can get it. There is nothing that will stand in your way.
From the start of the level:
Right, right, Down Floor, right, right, up floor, left, left, up, up, left, down floor, down, take stairs, right, up. Buy arrows.
The 1st left you come to you need to remove a pot in your way.
The stairs that are blocked by a door, use a bomb.
To open the path to the secret shop, stand on pattern and play a tune.

I agree with that route icon_smile.gif .i just gave a short version thinking enough exploration and proper openings were made....there is no short, concise route with Rocksfan, I f you're looking for the EZ button, we'll never find it!! But, that is a good thing for game play!!! icon_thumbsup.gif

Anyway, I got Din's Fire ( was expecting the flaming arrows to be the third item). I opened up a few more routes (of course, you had the obligatory red herring there also icon_wink.gif ).

I think I found the way to the flaming arrows!!![b] :thumbsup''

Flaming arrows, boss key, started the last fight sequence but had to stop (freakin' work!). So, I am about to bring this behometh down!!!

How would you rate Retirement 2 (Zelda's search for Link) in terms of difficulty/trickery (yes, you, Rocksfan, trickery, indeed)! when compared to Stitch in Time, Requiem and CQA?? The only R-fan quest I haven't played.

I think I left the end open to imagination.
However, if it does continue, it won't be in those graphics. icon_wink.gif

Yes. I did see your other post by the way. I assume you are player number 4 to beat this quest?

The letter is on the overworld. Look close to where you got the L2 sword and Blue ring.
It is under a bush that you need the ladder to get to.

Will give this quest a second try. Last time I got stuck in level 2, couldn´t find the whistle and it´s same now. Have checked this thread a couple of times but can´t figure out the way to it. There are 3 parts in this level, which one holds the whistle ? . I think I need a pic icon_unsettled.gif
