I really have no idea what is going on, on the screen. Everything just blends into each other, I don't think the poor image quality is helping. I'm guessing that to the left is forest brush and those are mountain tiles on the top right. But I don't think greyscale would work because everything is so detailed and everything has a gradient or pattern on it.
It looks like it could be very, very promising but it's just so hard to tell at the moment.
Thanks, you gave me the response I was looking for (And Shiek as well). The main reason I wanted to go greyscale is because of the fact that I could easily grab tiles that really don't match perspective wise but because of the colors blending everything in, it isn't as noticeable. For instance, those mountain tile wouldn't work in full color. But of course, having everything blend in didn't work in this case.
