What you're forgetting is that Zelda has never had online play. chansub-global-emoticon-ddc6e3a8732cb50f

Phantom Hourglass' multiplayer did.

Oh, and these are pretty darn cool.

So apparently, playing multiplayer puts a significant drop in resolution, however:

Multiplayer is multiplayer, I'll be enjoying the hell out of it anyways.

Phantom Hourglass' multiplayer did.

And Spirit Tracks :P

Anyways, HW is coming out tomorrow for us in the UK. If only I had a Wii U ;_;

I personally see this as filler/shovelware of sorts, to get a Zelda title on the Wii U ASAP, while working on a real game title with a storyline. It's little more than the other Nintendo character battle games, save that it's 100% Zelda themed.

It's nice to see Midna again, and it could make for entertaining videos, but it has no story, and no soul.

That was a pretty good review of the game, thanks.

Glad to see it's at least higher than average, meaning Jared enjoyed it. ^_^

Only issue with the review is he didn't go in to much detail about the crafting/blacksmith stuff or skill system...

And also the fact that he didn't get into Hard Mode, which is essentially "Every button matters" mode.

I canceled my preorder. :( I'm a little low on cash and I feel that I should play a Dynasty Warriors game first to be familiar with the series. I want to play Dynasty Warriors 8 first and then play this game. Also, don't be surprised if this game drops in price within the next 6-12 months after release.

So Dawnlight, I will say, that out of the Warriors games I've played, DW8 is probably the weakest. In a nutshell, a ton of the enemies are the same. A good recommendation to get you started on the series would be Samurai Warriors 3, which is for the Wii.

What about 7 if you played it?

Welp, I'll be playing Hyrule Warriors before Nexas and I'll brag about how good this game is just to make him cry in the corner and wait out a week of me bragging. :D

While in the process of doing that, I will end up being affected too :P
