sorry if someone has already asked this, but this is a long thread. I'm stuck on level 6.

I actually managed to get thru this room with trial and error...

almost got thru this room with trial and error too... got tired of it though.
I'm guessing I need a lens or something to see the spikes and narrow walkway. I saw a round silver thing on the south side of death island behind a rock but I couldn't get to it. Maybe that's it?...

I was stuck on the boss of level 5 earlier today http://youtube.com/watch?v=IWF0tO9cDvo but I managed to beat it when I figured out I could whack it with the wand =)

You do need the lens, otherwise its a very horrible trial and error you are doing. The lens is in the upper left part of level 6. So you need to bring yourself with a key and fight your way up to there and locate the lens. Remember, if you can't go any further, start bombing the center of walls, walking through the center of walls, or pushing blocks to find staircases underneath. Level 6 is tricky like that, as graveyard levels should be.

How do you get to Level 2 on Forest Island? I tried lots of stuff. Oh I got the wand at Level 3. Oops I already beat it! Back to Level 3!

Am I supposed to get something for killing the 4 blue wizards in this room or not?

And am I supposed to be able to push thru this wall or not?

Maybe my game is broke cuz I'm not using the right version of ZC? I'm using 2.10 >_<

blarg, ver. 183 is better suited for the quest. But for your first answer, look at the floor for pattern changes and bomb the part of the floor that has a slightly different pattern. The lens would also show this.
Yes you can walk through the left wall, but not through the center of the pig face, try one side or the other.

Here's a question on this Quest, Wolfie.

What's your main strategy for taking out the Hydra boss in Level 5? My guess is that I don't have enough equipment to take it out, seeing as how once I beat Level 2 I went straight to 5... What items do you recommend?

BTW, the term "Hydra" in Zelda Classic means multiple Gleeoks stacked on top of each-other, in case you didn't already know.

I go to level 5 and get the flippers, then leave until I'm strong enough to beat the boss. Your individual skill may vary. So more power to people like OUCH!

Beat 3 and 4 first. You'll have more health, and you get the Blue Mail in Level 4. Although with the Flippers you can get the Fire Boomerang...but you'll never find it. I got a tip and got lucky from there.

Level 2 Impasse

I have exhausted every other idea. I've searched to see if anyone else has this problem. In the lower left portion of level 2, where wall masters and leevers are the badies, I have killed EVERYONE in the room, waited patiently by the door to see if any other wall masters are lurking, and I cannot push the light green block at all to bomb the wall behind the blockade.

Is this a bug? I think the candle must be beyond (perhaps the boomerang, so I can hit those orbs) the bombable wall. I'm playing in V1.92 Beta (Build 183), and I can go no further.

Please help!

BTW, this game is every bit as engaging as Lost Isle. While I can see the improvements with the LI build, the ingenious plan is still at work. There are quite a few surprises and some of what must be your signature game elements. I am once again (happily) addicted!

Eh, I can't even find level 2. Help please? I've asked before, but didn't understand what they said.

Take the left dock off of Town Island and keep holding the left button, it'll shoot you to Forest Island where level 2 is. But you'll need a super bomb first.

How do you find the boss key in level 7? I've searched everywhere(I have the silver arrows and boots)
