Alright, just want to inform people that I have no shots this week. Just wanted to give everyone a heads up.

In other news: Screen Shot of the Year? What are the plans for it, as of right now? I remember Ebola Zaire saying something about combining the SotM winning screens from 2010 and from 2011, but I'm not sure what Angeal thinks about that.

First of all, I do have 3 shots in right now, so I will be able to get it up and going tonight. It won't be for a while, so people are welcome to still enter shots. I won't turn them away until I am getting things posted.

Well, there are a few options with handling Screenshot of the Year. In the past they've been generally held at the end of a year regardless of the number of shots (ideally 12). The only reason I didn't hold it last year was that there were an abysmal number of shots (5/6 if I recall correctly). I was planning on waiting until the end of December this year and having a massive 2010/2011 contest; then we'd take care of everything in the past two years and be back on schedule for the years to come. I'm open to other suggestions if enough people want to do other things, though.

Edit: By the way, I'm close to finishing my screen to enter. Would you mind holding the contest off for just a half-hour or so? Thanks, I really appreciate it!

Ah, alright, well that makes sense now. Thanks for finding that for me. I think that may end up being the best way to go about it. It's a good thing you mentioned this, as I may have just went and taken the ones for this year, and the ones from 2010 would have been long forgotten. Yeah, it'll be a while before I post it, so you're good to go William. Mighty big thanks for your help today.

I already entered for the next competition. It's a nostalgic shot from Zelda II but using Zelda I-sized characters. Kind of a Screen Rebirth, but I don't think SR will ever ask for people to remake Zelda II screens. Can't wait 'til it posts!
