As for the screen, the screen design's pretty good actually, but you're using the mountains wrong. There are two different perspectives for DoR mountains, and you're mixing them together, which messes it up. But other than the mountain errors (and the weird purple things that I have never been able to understand) it's a pretty solid screen.

I do agree with others that it's too cluttered. Keep playability in mind when you design screens. You're making a game, not a painting.

Yep! You also have to play around with the tiles until you find out how they're actually used.
